As usual the quality, amount and packaging for the food was excellent. The Beef Pho was delicious and easy to put together. The only reason I have not given more stars is that the summer rolls were a real pain in the proverbial to put together. I only managed to get a grand total of 2 put together properly as the rice paper was extremely fiddly and over-delicate. Would NOT recommend them to anyone who isn't already a talented oriental chef. The other star was lost because, given that the full recipes are only available from the website, it seems like a real oversight that they are not downloadable or available in a directly printable format.

to be honest, I found the lack of recipes quite tricky. Everything was packed together and I think that for dishes that require so many ingredients, it needs to be much much clearer. I LOVE the idea of it, but to be honest, for the money its just too bitty/picky etc. Nice flavours tho.

The lemongrass tofu was super flavourful (which is a big complement to the often bland ingredient). The prawns were meaty and fresh. I got the chilli and lemongrass oil which I was glad of as I like my broth extra punchy so this let me turn it up a few notches!

Brilliant Pho, authentic and delicious. I ordered 3 bundle kits for a celebration evening and they were enjoyed by everyone. Making the summer rolls took us back to our trip to Vietnam 5 years ago. Easy videos and instructions helped everyone put them together.

The only thing that I would look to improve, would be the amount of plastic that orders the size I did come with. I am sure there are ways to cut down the amount needed, Gousto use substantially less as vegetables are not individually wrapped.

Great customer service, promptly sent out a replacement bowl when I contacted.

Too expensive for what it is. Easier to just order Pho from a local restaurant.

The broth is bland. Sadly it has less flavor than a store bought broth. I’ve made pho broth from scratch and know the spices and amounts used in these broths and I tasted none of it. Just unseasoned broth. Disappointed! Since this is the biggest part of pho I had to take multiple stars away.

Also, the recipe cards should be included instead of having to go online.

The veggies were fresh. And we’re the only saving grace for the pho.

I wouldn’t recommend and I won’t be ordering again.

A few colleagues and myself ordered this for the weekend. We needed to separate so we could take out portions away! I requested the kept all food items packaged as individual but they didn't do this. We had to split all the ingredients between us otherwise would have been 5 stars as the food was amazing.

Beautiful presentation, fresh delicious Pho and rolls! I huge hit with the entire family. It was so fun and bonding to heat up together and then enjoy dinner.

Had an amazing Pho beef broth. So quick and easy to make; literally took about 5 mins, start to finish. My 10 year old loved it too, saying “that broth makes everything taste good” and promptly knicked all my beef! Highly recommend Phomo. And for a fairly big guy I was very suitably satiated!
