Lovely fresh ingredients and easy to put together

All the food tastes amazing and really authentic Vietnamese, i had the dinner for 2 beef pho and prawn summer rolls. Really good portions for the value and food quality really fresh. Would 100% recommend and can't wait to order again

Communication was great and the actual food was incredible. Officially addicted! Personally I recommend ordering extra veg (bak choi, shitake mushroom and the bean sprouts) as otherwise wouldn't have been enough for me.

Really fun alternative to takeaway or from scratch. Had fun making the summer rolls, definitely a skill. Didn’t love the vegan broth (just not to my taste) and one was missing so we were short. Phomo was helpful in resolving quickly. Would definitely order again.

Still haven’t received my order and have not received good + consistent customer service providing any type of solution from the team. Haven’t even had a response and had to chase up twice to begin with. Still no word from Phomo and no package.

Pho is delicious and just how like my mom does it. Also it only took 10 mins to make.

Quality of food is excellent, Guidance is patchy.

I am a Pho enthusiast and the broth was beautiful, the flavour was perfectly balanced with spice. I had never had pak choi with pho before which was new and enjoyable although I wouldn't use the stalk just the leaves next time. We added Vietnamese meatballs to ours to give it a little variety, but it was very tasty, better than even some Vietnamese restaurants I have been to.

The Summer Rolls were somewhat challenging. We watched the video guide and read the instructions multiple times but still did not manage to make a successful summer roll. I think the guidance here needs to be broken down by photos/videos into steps. Big one being around how to 'handle' the rice paper wraps. We are both summer roll lovers so that was disappointing.

But in summary food is tasty and enjoyable, but it would benefit from clearer instructions.

We have eaten Pho in Hong Kong and Vietnam. Yours is authentic.

Our first order with Phomo and we enjoyed it very much. The food was very fresh and tasty and prepared with some imagination. I particularly enjoyed the marinated chicken. Delivery was efficient and on time, everything was well packaged, with thought given to the environment.

What a great kit for making at home, delicious pho in under 10 minutes!

I’d definitely recommend to anyone.
