Avoid Phillies burgers on Hanover…

Avoid Phillies burgers on Hanover Parade in Norton.
Order placed just after 7pm. About an hour later I phoned cos it hadn't arrived.
Told me they add time on when they are busy. When it reached 2 hours I phoned again and told them it still hadn't arrived.
I was asked "are you sure?" | was so angry with them and their attitude. The first time I ordered from here there was a hair in the food. They apologised and offered a free meal. I didn't take the freebie, these things can happen and all I wanted was an apology. BUT THIS TIME I AM DONE. I have cancelled the order and requested a refund. When I saw reviews from others saying they had waited 3 hours for the food I didn't believe it. I do now and you should too.
