DO NOT buy from this company

We paid €287 for a generator which arrived today in a box wrapped in black plastic. The BRT courier said if we opened the box we could not return the item to him. On inspection the box inside was damaged and had oil stains and was sealed in BRT and DHL tape. On inspecting the generator it had 2 large dents and oil stains when it had been leaking. We have emailed the company. We have WhatsApp the company and have rung both numbers. How can the telephone of a reputable company be FULL on the middle of a working day. This company is a FRAUD. DO NOT buy from them unless you want a damaged item and no come back. They are selling faulty goods to customers and then do not reply or answer their phones.
