Pharmacierge give their 'next day' orders to the laughable DPD who lose or simply can't be bothered to deliver expensive medication.
I have been waiting more than ten days for very urgently needed tablets and nobody wants to take responsibility. Obviously, you expect DPD to be incompetent which begs the question, why not stop penny pinching and use a reliable courier? Do NOT put your health in these peoples' hands. They've got your money and they just don't care.
I'm talking about Order Number: 24BX-3016, as if you cared.

I was stuck in London without my medication that I needed urgently. A doctor friend of mine sent the prescription to Pharmacierge and an hour later I had my medication.

On top of that, the receptionist was super friendly and professional.

Spoke to a fantastic pharmacist who helped me sort out my repeat prescription and supported my requests wonderfully. I didn’t catch his name but spoke to him 13/11/2024 from 14:08-14:18 he sorted my repeat, sending me a copy of the script for my records and checking if it was in stock and how long it would take to get to me. Great person and I hope he gets acknowledged for his hard work and great attitude.

Amazing communication and flexibility with delivering of orders.

First time I have used this company but I would definitely use again and would recommend other people to do so as well.

We get a private prescription through them and was slightly concerned about the very low price and the time to fulfill. Rang them up after paying, they had the drugs in stock so would put it on next day DPD delivery. They answered the phone promptly (slight hold queue for around 10 seconds - so rare these days), and were polite and helpful (again so rare). All I can say is they seem like a fabulous pharmacy. Well done!

I was supicious at first and it did take 2 days for them to contact me about my prescription however frim the point they did it took them 4 hours to deliver for free to my door. Superb cost for the service. Super happy!

I have had to use Pharmacierge due to them being the preferred supplier for my private treatment provider, and I have had problem after problem with them.

1. Communication - their emails are vague and unhelpful, for example not actually itemising what you’re paying for or the unit cost, so you just get an amount and have to pay it and hope it’s correct. During titration when costs are variable, this makes it impossible to track whether you’re being charged correctly or competitively. Additionally, when there was a problem with the supply of my medication, the communication was terrible - I just got an email saying that “some” of my prescription was unavailable, and that it would be sent when they could. No explanation of which one was unavailable, whether they could send some but not all, and when they expected it in stock.

2. Delays - it’s frequently taken several days to process and send my medications, leaving me short and I’ve had to get in touch to see when it would be sent. Lo and behold, when I do this it can be sent the same day with next day delivery. Again, me having to chase them.

3. Pricing - on one of the occasions where they didn’t have my medication, I opted to get a refund and get my prescription sent to me. It was at this point I found that the mystery prices were also more expensive than my local pharmacies, who were able to provide these “out of stock” medications at a lower price.

4. Missing medications - Pharmacierge seems to favour DPD deliveries for some medications, who in their communications clearly state that they will not deliver without a signature. This isn’t true, and my medication was delivered to the wrong house without a signature. I know this because fortunately I tracked it down and discovered the person at that address works nights and therefore doesn’t answer the door during the day, and leaves the porch open for deliveries. DPD left my medication in that porch and called it done. I spoke to Pharmacierge who assured me there would be an investigation, I never heard anything about it again and was not offered a replacement for the medication nor an apology for this happening. I was able to retrieve my medication by myself, but nobody ever checked on this which is extremely concerning.

5. On what I hope to be my final encounter with this company, I have yet again had to chase them down about poorly communicated supply issues, and once again had to request a refund and my prescription. They have this time managed to send only one of two prescriptions, and short change me on my refund.

If you have the option to use a different supplier, I strongly recommend you do - this company is hopeless and I’m glad I don’t need to deal with them anymore.

I completely forgot to pay through the email and the day I did make the payment was the same day of delivery. I was shocked of the quick dispatch and delivery of the items received. Excellent communication and customer service, and as I said before same day delivery,I’m amazed.

Dispensed and received my meds within 24 hours....

Prescription was placed by my doctor at 8.15am, the medication was delivered to me at 5pm. Even the courier was polite and friendly. Impressed.
