Pharmacierge really do put the person first in everything they do! I have had the pleasure of speaking with Peta multiple times now due to issues and delays with my medication provider. Every time I have contacted Pharmacierge I have been met with quick responses, clarification of what is happening and someone you can actually tell is trying to do their best for you! I am so glad that they are my pharmacy and I hope for Peta's sake I don't have any more issues as she has probably had enough of my emails!!! Though if her manager sees this give that women a raise!!!

My first order with Pharmacierge in April was £60 for 180 pills.
Three months later, I paid £103.68 for just 120 pills.
Be aware: medication prices with Pharmacierge can vary drastically, and you will receive no advance warning of these price changes.
Contacted the company to complain and was told there was nothing they could do. Avoid

Gina was amazing. When my external prescriber dithered and delayed urgent meds, Pharmacierge on the execution end did 110% to keep me updated multiple times a day with frequent call backs. They say and then they do. They turn things around fast. Same day delivery. Super service. Top people. Thank you.

More than happy to give a 5 star review for the excellent customer service I received from Pharmacierge after there was an issue with my HRT prescription (issue was my fault). The team were responsive in their communications, understanding and everything was sorted out in less than 24 hrs.

I would like to thank the team at Pharmacierge for helping me with my private prescriptions and ongoing prescriptions during a period of ill health and recovery.
My Consultant would send the prescription and it would be delivered in good time.
ON the odd occasions when the product with glass Ampoules had been broken in transit, I was able to make a phone call and this would all be replaced without any fuss, and also the team were able to learn about how to appropriately package a product , especially as you are unable to rely on our wonderful couriers to be careful. ON another occasion another item was sent along side my prescription which i did not request, I made one phone call and all easily resolved with no fuss at all.
The most important thing for me especially when recovering from ill health is the personal touch , if i had a question i was always able to speak to a person it would always be answered without fuss.
We have all got used to speaking to BOTS, and being on hold these days so sometimes we forget to pick up the phone.
With these guys you get a real person looking after you and for me that is priceless.
Thank you the team for making this experience over and above of what i expected, and immensely better than what we all sadly appear to receive from our pharmacy services these days.

My mother called in with a query about a delivery, she spoke to a lovely young lady on the phone about how rural she lives and DPD can have issues finding her address, charmelle was extremely helpful and spoke to my mother with empathy and integrity even though she was rather irate about the situation, sometimes that is all you need is someone to listen to you, as a family we will always use Pharmacierge! Sadly it just does not work
Their business model of holding no stock simply does not work for pharmaceutical products.
I have used them since the start, hoping they would get better.
They have never been able to deliver a full prescription. There are always some items to follow.
Feeling quite ill, went to consultant yesterday. He immediately issued a prescription. I pay Pharmacierge, then hear nothing. I call, they tell me they do not have stock. They “hope” to have them in for delivery tomorrow night!
Desperate to start the course I get an “old fashioned” paper prescription. My local independent pharmacy have stock. Problem solved.
