I found the shaver mirrors on Electrical World's site easily at a competitive price. I have bought the products before so knew what I was looking for.
The parcels arrived within a week, well packaged and not damaged.
On asking for a VAT receipt it was sent by the next day, so I have nothing but praise for the company on this occasion.
This is a terrible company as they falsely advertise, refuse full refund.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM.
Their customer service is shockingly bad.

I ordered this fireplace and it arrived pretty quickly but it wasn’t working, so the product is no good to me. I needed it promptly and had someone booked in to build a wall around it, so I contacted customer services detailing the issue and attaching the video proving the product doesn’t work the way it should. I was asked to return it and wait for a refund for weeks, absolute and total shambles would not recommend this company to anyone, would give 0 stars if I could!! Should have listened to previous reviews!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible experience from start to finish. Ordered Peat ‘Logs’ in November did not receive until last week and delivered nothing other than a bag of garden rubbish, ok it only cost me £11 but that’s not the point it was a trial order and could have been regular. Tried to deal with them but so very unhelpful offered me a £1 refund said I’d appreciate a replacement was then offered a £2 refund but I was so pay £5 to return the bag of dross. Seriously in need of Customer Service training.
I would really save yourself the bother and buy elsewhere because this is a total Mickey Mouse outfit !!

This company sent me lights which were days late, when contacting them firstly their attitude was absolutely terrible.
The boxes arrived one Damaged but lights seemed ok. The lights were not as described in the photo as these were more of a rose gold than a warm white. FALSE ADVERTISING!!
After a few hours of having the lights on they started to flick and constantly doing this even though I changed the batteries.
I contacted customer service who said just to send them back for my refund. Now because one only had the box they were only willing to send my partial refund which I can see this is happening with a lot of customers. Why would I keep

Faulty!!! That is not up to me and anyway the box was wet and all damaged as if I’m going to keep that. I will be taking this further it’s absolutely terrible they are thieves.

Experience was very poor
I placed my order on 27/10 with expecting order arrival 31/10-02/11.
As no one been in touch with me on 8/11 I contacted customer team they said they didn’t have stock (it took them 10 days to realise it?) Why no one contacted me? My order was despatched on 16/11 ..I received PART of my order on 17-18/11; pretty much 2.5 weeks later. The rest of the order was delivered to me in the beginning of December. Although on 16/11 they asked me if I still wanted it..My discount request was refused by customer service.

Ordered from this company through Amazon. Item arrived in a tatty old box, torn at the corners.
The description wasn't true to the picture shown on Amazon, it was defective so I returned it and they charged me £4.99 for doing so and I have waited 7 days for the partial refund also.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You have been warned. I will be taking this further as it's totally wrong to do this.
Shocking service.
Ordered Globe bulbs, sent GU10 bulbs. Told I could keep them with 10% back. Asked for replacement. Whilst waiting for replacement, ordered globe bulbs again, due to needing them ASAP, sent GU10 bulbs AGAIN. Once again, offered 10%! Ridiculous idea. It's like ordering a fridge and being sent an oven, but I can keep it with a 10% discount! Completely useless to me! Not sure if they even bothered to read my email. Stock replies both times. Safe to say, I won't be trying 3rd time lucky!
Really quick delivery, item is of high quality and in perfect condition.
Items arrived on time and undamaged. Sturdy pots, a lot more solid than cutting off bases of standard pots. Will use them next year for tomatoes (adding a ring of copper anti-slug tape!)

Everything is ok if items arrive in good condition. If it’s damaged, they’ll offer a 5% discount to keep it. Disgraceful and not my thing. Company is based in Ireland and they are also selling on Amazon, beware!
I have ordered 2 of these, so nearly £200. One arrived damaged, they’ve sent me a replacement twice, still damaged. Refund requested, and this took few weeks to reach my account.
Not a pleasant experience, between Aug-Oct ‘22, will not use them again.
