13th February still no item. When chasing for refund the company keeps stating they will process refund in 5-7 business days and then a further 5-7 for my bank to process it.
Absolute shambles stay away.

This shambles of a company is selling "18kg of compressed sawdust" for animal bedding and shows a pic of a nice size sealed bag, both on Ebay and Amazon. If you're lucky like I was the first time that's what you'll get. However beware cos my last delivery looks like it was kicked here and there is no bag just loose sawdust in a smashed up box not even held closed by the 'fragile' tape wrapped round it, which makes it look like a crime scene.
On request of returns due to damage (best option) I was given a returns label that required ME to pay the postage, and when I queried this was offered 'to keep it and 10% off whilst also being told what I received was 'STANDARD' !! They've already proved it wasn't standard by the first delivery so I can only assume that when they have burst bags they just scrape it off the floor and shove it in whatever box they have handy. It's currently all over my carpet and I haven't even 'opened' it.
Fast delivery and top product at best price I could find. Happy!

I ordered a plastic funnel from Phairs.com. I received an email from them saying that it had arrived. I have a garden, the front door is a distance from the street. I searched the immediate vicinity of my front door, and found nothing. No note was left to say it was left next door. - Which I thought would be very unlikely, as the owner is away most of the time - and I had not been left a note saying that it was there.
As I had received no note or proof of delivery from either the courier or Phairs.com, I no option other than to believe that the product had not been delivered.
Today, my next door neighbour came to my door with my package. He said he has “had the parcel for three or four days” and that it had been given to him by the Royal Mail.
In the time since then, I have made a complaint on Trust Pilot about Pharos.com. I gave them notice that I was going to do so. The fact that they had not checked my words that I had NOT been given any notice by the Royal Mail that my order was with my next door neighbour, is extremely bad practice. Because if Phairs.com had taken the time to check what I had told them, then this mess would have been cleared up days ago.
They have a big problem with their courier. They cannot expect their customers to go checking up with the courier about a missing parcel. That is not their job. They did not buy their product from the courier, they bought it from Phairs.com. It is up to them to resolve the problem. And if they do not put that right, they’re not just going to lose me, and all my family and friends as possible customers, but all those who will find out the hard way what Phairs.com is like to do business with.
I would never recommend Phairs.com to anyone. I could never have that on my conscience.

Delivery was fine , packaging looked fine too, but the item was a used unit, paint on the outside, and signs of wear, it looked like a return, that was resold.

When contacted the customer service they asked for some photos and then stated that (even though the error is caused by them) the return shipping cost (which amount to 50% of the total of the order) is to be paid by me with no exceptions.

Placed an order - Cancelled as they did not have the stock. Been waiting 5 weeks for the refund. Cannot/will not provide proof of the refund, despite requesting 4 times.

I ordered my dog food on 2 June and was advised of a 5 day delivery period. On 9 June I contacted the company as the food had not arrived. I was advised it would be with me in a couple of days. Nothing received on 12th June so I emailed yet again (now running very low on dog food). I received an email response the following day (littered with spelling mistakes) advising my dog food was out of stock and would I like to order something else! I called and spoke with a customer service advisor who clearly couldn’t care less. Dreadful experience with this company. I won’t use again.

Placed an order which didn't arrive as stated. So I requested a replacement. This didn't arrive and when I chased it I was assured it would be dispatched that day and I would receive a tracking number. I didn't receive a tracking number and when I chased it again was told it was out of stock. Requested my money back.
Obviously staff either lie or or their stock systems are rubbish.

The customer service from this company is incredibly disappointing. I bought a planter from them that took 3 months to arrive. Every time I asked for a delivery update I was told the same thing ‘It’s on its way, it will just be a few days’ It was clearly out of stock and awaiting a new shipment from the factory. My request to cancel the order and refund me was completely ignored. A company that repeatedly lies to its customers can’t be trusted.

I found the website when browsing for 10mm cable. I cane across this site which seemed great, quick delivery and well priced.
They had a listing for 10m of 10mm twin and earth, in the listing it states "this product will be supplied in one length up to 100m unless otherwise requested" I thought great, I need 20m so I'll order two and I'll get it in one length. Delivery came and I find two separate lengths.
The customer contact options are terrible, no number to call so I contacted via live chat. Which itself isn't live and had to wait several hours for a response. Only be to be quoted that the listing states 10m and I should have ordered under a 20m listing, which they don't have.
I pointed out several times there add states the above, but the "customer service" continues to state it's wrong.
I doubt I'll order from them again sadly and warn anyone else to steer clear
