Our company uses PGR for a host of services, but I'd like to call out in particular the help they were able to provide us with getting our company onto QuickBooks, and setting up our payroll system. This process leaves a lot of room for small mistakes when trying to do it yourself, but Anna Bennett provided one-to-one assistance and thoroughly checked through everything to ensure it was all set up correctly, and made sure we had the means to proceed on our own in the future. Excellent service, and much appreciated!

We needed assistance in the area of Self Assessment. PGR (Anna Bennett) demonstrated a very good understanding of personal taxation and was very clear in her explanations as to what was to be done and why it needed to be done in the manner recommended. She was very quick to respond to queries, very courteous and most diligent in ensuring that communication with HMRC was both thorough and dealt with well within HMRC deadlines. PGR took away much of the stress associated with compiling and filing our tax returns and we felt very confident in their ability to deal with our tax affairs.
