Hello PGA Superstore,

Hello PGA Superstore,

I felt I should write a good review on the account my sons Kenny, Tim and I went to find the right driver for Kenny.
We’re avid golfers who know the game but not as sharp getting the right club to match the player. Kenny whose swing speed is 115 mph, wants more. Roll not as much distance, less ball spin and need a club to fit him.
Dan, Gary & Jeff Eaton were more than knowledgeable. We ended up after many shaft changes! Kenny ended up Qi 4D with Tensei xstiff 75 gram.
Bottom line very accommodating and thanks for having great employees!

Ordered clubs on 1/20/2026

Ordered clubs on 1/20/2026. Very poor communication on delivery date. Had to contact them twice. Now the ship date from the manufacturer is March 13th. It did not stop them from charging my card. They got their money and I haven’t received my clubs.Customer service poor along with deceptive advertising.

I recently completed a full bag fitting…

I recently completed a full bag fitting with Dominic in the Studio area. He did a great job helping me assess the best irons, shafts and weighting for my swing style. He had me hit well over 150 balls testing different brands, lofts and composites until arriving at the best combination to support my game. The amount of data used was amazing! While the fitting was scheduled for 3 hrs, he brought me back a second time (at no charge) to finalize selecting the wedges and putter.

Having purchased clubs "off the rack" in the past, knowing that these clubs were fitted just for me is great. Sure, it was an investment of time and $, but having the right equipment will make the game more enjoyable. Thanks Dominick!

Bought some pre-owned irons, day later tried to return them but was told could not get a refund. No where was it indicated that could not get refund. Is this legal?

If you are from out of town, don't shop here

If you are from out of town, do not shop at any of these stores. It is impossible to get exchanges or refunds. I purchased 4 pair of Z Golf Gloves from the Myrtle Beach store which apparently must have been sitting in the store too long. In with the very first use, the coating on the gloves shredded and peeled off. And though i sent photo's and the receipt, they still wouldn't exchange or refund the purchase. I'm guess I'm stuck and now will never shop in one of their stores again.

Horrible customer service.…

This store promises the world with expedited shipping but you will never see the package when promised. Emails to customer service are futile. Have made several purchases from them and every time it's the same story. DO NOT pay for expedited shipping from these folks. If you're not in a hurry you should be ok.

Granddaughter golf Clubs

I went to White Plains NY store with my granddaughter looking for left-handed clubs. Tony Ruvolo, a studio fitting specialist, was there to handle our request. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating. He showed us the choices and helped with the fitting. He exceeding our expectations in many ways.

Terrible customer service in store and online

Terrible customer service in store and online. This is why brick and mortar stores dont last. Promoted a free clinic by PGA Tour Superstore...signed up after relentless emails.

The day of scheduled clinic, after driving an hour to the store, no one at store knew anything about it. I was told sorry but not having it after waiting :45. Called customer service and they gave me $50 in gift cards. I tried to use them within expiration date and they said expired. Called PGA Tour Superstore Customer (No) Service and they said sorry can not reinstate.

Do better...

Great sales person!!

We had a great experience at the store with their salesman Joe Beck. He was patient and helped us find exactly what my son was looking for in a new set of clubs. Highly recommend asking for him!

Wonderful Staff

Would like to express our great appreciation for Will, Patrick and Brendan at the PGA SS Braintree, MA. Their kindness, knowledge, assistance and patience were above and beyond. Sadly, this is a rare commodity in todays retail experience. All the staff were congenial, happy and helpful. A grand experience. Thank you.

Cannot be trusted

I stayed up until midnight to order 2 dozen golf balls that are only offered every couple of years. There was to be a 2 dozen limit so more folks could have a chance to get their order filled. I placed my order as soon as the website allowed. My credit card showed the purchase and I got a confirmation email immediately. 3 days later, the charge dropped from my credit card and I got an email informing me my order had been canceled. I've dealt with customer service for 8 days and nobody has been able to tell me why my order was canceled. One customer service rep told me he showed plenty of golf balls at a store in Massachusetts. I contacted that store and was told they had them but couldn't sell them or take an order! In the end, I got an email from customer service basically saying "our bad". So now I will be waiting another couple years for these golf balls to be on the market again. These golf balls are on Ebay now for double and triple to original price. I wouldn't doubt it if local store personnel just put the balls on Ebay themselves. I have friends who ordered these same balls from Dicks, Golf Galaxy, Golfballs.com and Titleist( 2 dozen limit) and have received their shipment. I will NEVER step foot in one of these stores or order anything online.

Wish I could give 0 stars

Wish I could give 0 stars! Purchased 10 boxes of golf balls online for what seemed like a good deal. Turns out I open them up and half the boxes have literal mold covering the walls of the individual boxes. Not only were they banged up when we called best they can do is send a full refund and have us ship them back! Not an upgrade for the inconvenience. Treat customers like this and you will go out of business. You can have a Scotty Cameron in your store for free and I’d rather pay 500 dollars new for one somewhere else. Terrible customer service and the 1.8 star reviews obviously show for it.

Incompetent Customer Service and Logistic Dept

I ordered a pair of golf shoes 2 weeks prior to a planned golf trip -- with the shoes expecting to get to me with a couple of days to spare. The packaged arrived when expected, but they sent me the absolute wrong order. Which was pretty shocking as in the 20 plus years i've been shopping online, I don't think I ever received someones elses order. This is forgivable and not the reason of my review. However, how they handled this mistake and how long it took me to get the correct order (still waiting on it) is beyond maddening and unacceptable. Customer Service has been incompetent about getting me the correct order and ignores any questions I present about what the issue(s) are. I will never shop from PGA superstore again and hopefully this review will detour you as well.

Spent $3k on new golf setup-manager was a jerk

Spent $3k on new golf setup (bags, driver, irons, putter) and they gave me a short set missing 3,4,5 irons and the wedge. When I brought it back to see if they shorted me, they said that's the way that they sell Calloway sets starting this year. I said if they are giving an incomplete set, they should have informed me beforehand. They said I should've read the small print mocking me. They said if I want the missing irons, I could pay extra and order them, but I wouldn't have them in time for my tournament. I asked for an exchange so I could get a complete set in time, which they offered, but the other set came up short by $500 or so. They refused to let me use the credit for a future date and said I had to spend the money in the store right then or lose it, but I needed to head back to work before leaving on my trip. They brought the manager over who gave me total attitude like it was my fault and said I'd have to spend the money or lose it. Instead of acknowledging my frustration, he said he didn't have to do anything for me since I "threatened to return" my entire purchase. He finally conceded on giving me a gift card for the difference, but after completely ruining my entire buying experience and making me humiliated in the store where he mocked my frustration in front of other customers. I won't be back back again after I use my credit, and I'm major sponsor for a huge tournament this week at a PGA course. My story will be shared plenty this week.

Bad experience

Bad experience. If you're not an average to above average golfer it's hard to get service. I went into the Alpharetta location yesterday with all intentions of spending $1k on a new driver. Once I got into a bay the young man who was supposed to be helping, set up me with a club and never returned. He then must have not fitted the driver properly because it broke. In my years of playing golf I never broke a club. Then, when he came back to see the club he said he's "not allowed to fit me with another one". Baaaaad service. I will never go to a PGA store again

Good luck getting a refund.

They are great at selling stuff, but trying getting a refund.

My goods were receipted via DHL three weeks ago, as having being returned to them. Numerous emails have been sent and completely ignored by their ‘customer services’ team. As an international customer it’s not cost effective for me to telephone them. Quite simply, atrocious customer service.

Online Ordering - In Store Pick-Ups - Faulty Communications

So, I've placed an online order 10 days ago. PGA Superstore promises that you'll receive an e-mail when that order is ready for the designated in store pick-up. I just got off of the phone with their toll free customer service #. Nothing could of been further from the truth here. According to the agent, the order was delivered to the store (few days ago). I never got any kind of notification that it was delivered there. Who knows if it's available for pick-up? My credit card's been charged, in the meanwhile, upon placing that order. i.e. 20 pack of Wilson Championship Extra Duty Tennis Balls. Disappointing customer services. Guess I'll have to be the one to do more investigation.

Dropping shipping website

Dropping shipping website. This is just another drop shipping website, I order a pair of shoes with quick shipping. Never got a shipping notice, reached out to customer service to find out what’s going on. That’s when they indicated they don’t actually have the product and are dropping shipping it. Order was than canceled by them the next morning. Avoid this shop at all costs.

If I could give the Raleigh store zero stars, I would

If I could give the Raleigh store zero stars, I would. We were advised by the store that we could try the ProdiG clubs at the store on Friday and we also arranged for a fitting the next day if necessary. We traveled 90 miles each way from Greensboro on Friday only to find out they didn't have the ProdiG clubs and that they needed to be special ordered. So, we came back on Saturday for the fitting with Cameron. First, we were told that what was on the schedule was only a fitting for irons, not a full set, which was wrong. Nevertheless, he was able to conduct the fitting for a full set. But the store didn't have exact club to demo. He ordered the flex shaft. When the factory received the order early the next week, we were told the size ordered only came in a stiff shaft, which we approved. We asked the order also include a bag, but were told they couldn't include a bag on the order and that we would need to do that ourselves on the Ping website and to order the small bag to fit the club size, which we did. When the bag arrived, it was too small. When I called Ping to return the bag, they were surprised that the store told us to order the wrong size bag and that the store was unable to include the bag with the club order. I was also told that I would be kept informed as to the progress of the order thru email, which never happened. I called Ping directly for a status, but they needed the PO number the store used, which wasn't given to me. So, I called the store and spoke to a women who didn't know what I was talking about and transferred me to a manager. The manager finally gave me the PO number and I was able to chat with Ping about the status. Just to summarize, this was a painful experience where we were given incorrect information and caused us great inconvenience. We'll never shop at this PGA Superstore in Raleigh again.
