What’s happened to Batcaddy? Have they gone out of biz. No one responds to support tickets.
Their phone is just a loop saying go to the website if you have an issue.
Are they in business or is a third party selling off inventory.
I’m a long time Batcaddy owner that needs support but it seems I need to find a different company:product.
Very disappointed.
I bought a 4XR bat caddy from Golf Caddy canada Oakville Ontario & after 1 1/2 seasons the tires come of the wheel rim. I was told by Golf Caddy service to just glue them back on. After cleaning tire & rim & putting on a recommended glue it lasted 20 games. & came off. New tire is. $45 & wheel with tire is nearly $100. Would not buy or recommend Bat caddy or Golf Caddy Ontario to friends.
