Possible next day delivery was…
SWPossible next day delivery was highlighted before purchase , still hadn't received 4 days later and we were leaving the country and needed the item. Contacted pets.ie and told oh can take up to 5 days ...so we didn't get item and are out of country. First and last time customer.
Edit, yes but your add made it seem 1 or 2 days ...not 5 ... It's not good enough as I said we still didn't receive it as left country on 5th day and was not delivered,so my review stands . It's almost false advertising. Will not recommend you

I am sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the delivery timeframe.
As previously advised, Monday was a bank holiday and no parcels left our premises that day. While the vast majority of orders are delivered the next working day once dispatched, next-day delivery is not a guaranteed service and, as outlined in our delivery information, deliveries can occasionally take up to 5 working days.
We appreciate that this was particularly frustrating given your travel plans and apologise for the inconvenience caused. We always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible and are sorry that on this occasion the delivery did not arrive within the timeframe you were expecting.
