Estamos extremadamente decepcionados
Estamos extremadamente decepcionados. Nunca más agradeceremos a Petra Prix. Pagamos 40 € y porque apreté el botón equivocado no obtuvimos gasolina y cuando nos quejamos, la compañía simplemente dijo que dependía de nosotros y del banco recuperar el dinero. Petroprix se queda con el dinero, no ha entregado nada y no está dispuesta a devolvernos el dinero. ¡Muy mal servicio al cliente, así que nunca más Petro Prix!
We are extremely disappointed. Never again will we thank Petra Prix. We paid 40 € and because I pressed the wrong button we didn't get any gas and when we complained the company simply stated that it was up to us and the bank to get the money back. Petroprix keeps the money, has not delivered anything and is not willing to pay us back the money. Very bad customer service so never again Petro Prix!!
