Their was a mistake concerning my order through a online shop. After couple of days no confirmation about my order..... Scam ?????
I send a copy of the amount Petprobuys charged me, i had a chat with one of the guys of the company, he could not trace my order, after a couple of chats they agreed to refund me, I also got a cancellation mail of my membership.

I did not agree to any subscription but a £1 was taken from my account. I contacted customer service to cancel which they confirmed via email that it had and now they've taken £8!!!
