I only found out about the fact that I have an account, and even a paid membership, on this site after 3 months, when I noticed that money was regularly being withdrawn from my account. It was through logging in to the questionnaire. I wrote to this page about my problem and received an email from the escalation team saying that they were trying to resolve everything and that they would refund my money. I hope that happens soon. We'll see.
Unauthorized Transaction - STILL NO REFUND
Still no response after a long period of time and assuring me that I will get the refund. I've waited, and NO REFUND happened. I'm so disappointed for making me expect for nothing. This company is a mess. I already waited for so long (about 1-2 months already) and reached out to you for so many times and still, no response and refund for the money that you've get on my bank account. This was my concern:
There was a unauthorized transaction from my bank account from your company - Petprobuys this morning at exactly 12:34 AM (PHT), July 2, 2025. An unauthorized payment transaction with an amount of $10 or Php 681.22 was credited to my account without my permission and I am not aware of this transaction at all when it was being processed. I even did not subscribed or enrolled from any of the promos or topped up my card. I would like to have a full refund from what you have taken from my bank account. Or else, I will take legal actions about this matter. Thanks.

This site are run by scammers!!! They charge my card without my authorization and i didn't even sign up for any membership that they are offering. They were saying that the amount deducted in my account is for the top up fees which i dont have any knowledge of.. I was paying a different charge when i came across their payment link and my payment were processed in their site instead of the correct one.

I accepted an online promotion, and I only had to pay for the shipping, but they automatically charged me a subscription to this pet website, even though I don’t have any pets, as well as to another gift website. I feel like it was a scam to charge memberships disguised as shipping fees.

We keep going on about stupid reviews instead of addressing the issue I had where monies was deducted from bank account when after I did an online service and won the mystery prize which I never received after paying the R37 I approved to pay Petprobuys deducted a further R18.50 plus another R166 from my account for no reason. After I started I did not join the membership I merely did online survey Eugene apologized for the inconvenienced caused to me and promised to cancel the subscription and prioritize my complaint annd ensure the refund would be done in 3 -5 working days of which has not yet been done because a stupid review hasn't been submitted. I will.never ever recommend or buy anything from PetProbuys in the future because all I have received are empty promises and emails to submit a review. What sort of company are you? Fooling people by fault advertising which seems more of a scam than anything else. I really thought Eugene would help as he said he would by prioritizing and escalating my request instead of have been met by unnecessary emails that haven't resolved the fact that Petprobuys just takes money from people's bank accounts without any approval or any product.

It's a scam. When i emailed them about a refund, they withdrew more money. We never signed up for a subscription, and they just withdrew money for no reason. i had to block my card because they withdrew twice within the same day for no reason.
