Very easy to use and like the protection for my pet

I like knowing my pet can be identified and found if he gets lost.

When I was signing up I didn't realize that my deceased dog was still on the records so the payment went to that,Soni called and a very nice lady removed it and credited it to my new dog and put in all the info.

The website and registration was very thorough. If my puppy ever gets lost, I would think that the information on her, would help to get her home.

I was surprised that I had to pay to register this dog, because I've never had to in the past. It was an unexpected fee on top of my vet bills.

Easy to use service. Only thing I found not so easy is each time I log in it says I haven't completed my profile information but this could be user error. I hadn't figured out how to save this information pertinently instead of each time I log in.

This was very easy to register my dog I would suggest using PetKey to anyone

So my micro chipped dog went missing on 1/10/22 called them.made sure my info was updated.Rep stated all had been brought up to date called back 3 weeks later after getting a reminder about renewal which I had already pd rep told me my account for.some reason was never updated???? I am so worried now because my dog is still missing

I adopted a dog from a rescue that had her registered through PetKey. When the adoption was finalized, I was able to access the website and change the information on file to mine so that I will be notified if she is ever lost. This is a wonderful service and I hope I never need it, but it could be the difference between never seeing a lost pet again and finding them through the chip notification system. The online website was easy to navigate and secure. The cost in my case is about half of what other chip registrations are. Thanks.
