Awful company STAY AWAY
Awful company! Use Chewy or any other pet care site. I ordered 11 bags of prescription treats for my dog who has severe allergies. I received only 5. I immediately called to explain their error. The CS rep was completely unconcerned and then told me to take a picture of the box I received with 5 bags. I did send the pic while on the phone with her. She said she would escalate the refund request to the appropriate department. 1 week later, no response. I called again today. I was transferred to 2 other people who claimed the could not give me a refund yet. We are talking $90! I bought 11 bags and paid, I received only 5. Now they will not give me a refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Chewy is amazing. This place is a joke and their CS is horrible. Next call is to BBB and my credit card company.

If you need prescription dog food I would not recommend it. The price might be cheaper but you get what you pay for. It will never arrive on time and if you call to ask about your shipment they will tell you something different every time. Due to shipment problem during transit that was taking several days too many I called customer service help. A few days later I received a shipment of the product I purchased. Then I received another shipment of the product. Apparently you sent an additional shipment thinking the first was lost. That was very nice! I waited to see what I was to do with the duplicate shipment. My credit card recorded another transaction from you. I called customer service for help. They sent a label to ship the unopened box to you. The box was shipped and I tracked it a few days later to find you received it. I waited a week for a credit to appear in my account. I emailed customer service for additional help and was informed that it was processing that day. I waited a few more days and the credit transaction was posted. The customer service person was very good handling the entire process. Thank you to her and your company handling the entire situation!

All I wanted was a replacement bag for my brand new bag of 30 lb dog food that I just purchased from them. I have been using them for months. I opened the bag and there was yellow meal moth worm on the food. That evening I reached out to them, a few days had gone by and no response. Finally after a few emails I received a response and they asked for a picture. I totally get wanting a picture. However, my main concern was finding food for my dog that morning, throwing the bag away and still making it to work on time. I have reached out to them a total of six times and still not received a repsonse. They do not answer their live chat- it just disconnects you automatically. They do not answer their phone and they just do not respond to a single email. I absolutely do not want a replacement bag. All I want is a refund as I have found another supplier. It was a wonderful service, but their customer service is absolutely awful.
Do not order from this company. They went thru with a transaction 5 days to early which made my bank account in the red. Customer Service Jackie in Mgm. was a nightmare.

The company refused to send what I ordered
I ordered 8 tubes of hairball med and the company only sent 2, cancelling the other 5. My best guess is they didn't want to honor the decreased cost since I'm a new customer. Very bad for public relations. I will not be ordering from them again.

Their customer service is fabulous. UPS stated they delivered in my mailbox but it was not there. I called Petcare the next day and they said they would ship out the same order again if I did not get it. I feel this was UPS fault and not Petcare, but Petcare stood behind their company. Two days later, my product arrived and I let Petcare know that it was received. Many companies to use for pet care, but this will be my go to place from now on b/c of great customer service.

Orders cancelled by PetcareRX
I placed multiple orders for cat food for our rescue before the end of the year and Petcarerx cancelled all of them. I was given several reasons - one that they considered the large order to be 'bulk' ordering, which they apparently do not allow. The second reason was that the multiple orders 'appeared' fraudulent but they could not be bothered to call me to verify the order. And I guess, third reason, because I was signed up for their Petplus, they would only allow me to purchase a limited number of cans enough to feed 2 cats.
I spoke with a representative several days prior to ordering that was well aware I would be ordering for our rescue. I was told there was a weight limit on free shipping orders and there was no mention of any other limitations or policies. Very poor show.

Petcarerx offered me a membership a month ago. I have been ordering cat food and dog food several times prior to my last order. When you place an order, the member ship price shows you the total in your cart. The discounts are automatic and very clear to read. 10 days after I placed my order, I still did not have a tracking number. I sent an email asking where my order was. I received two separate emails stating that they canceled several of my items in the order and that they gave me too much of a discount (not my problem that their website showed me a different price). Instead of calling me, they decide to raise the total price of my order significantly. I called and stated I did not give them permission to charge my credit card any more than what my invoice stated. They very professionally should have called me and got in contact with me if they were not going to honor the price that is stated. I have copies of everything. The representative basically said, “it’s too late, we have already processed“. Seriously!?!? I will be contacting my credit card company immediately after leaving several reviews and I will dispute it. just beware!! Do your homework and read all of the reviews that people are leaving. I am not the only one.

The lady I spoke to was friendly, knowledgeable, honest and intelligent. She listened to me tell her what I needed and immediately zoned in on the issue. Together we came to an agreement as to how to proceed to getting what my dog needs. In addition, she offered a plan that will assist me in the future and even cut down on the initial costs. Couldn't be happier.

If you feel like waiting two weeks for your stuff to arrive, then sure, shop with them. They can take days to actually ship an item, if it ends up shipping at all. After ordering food for my cat and waiting almost a week for it to ship, they email me that it’s out of stock and they’ll ship when it becomes available. Whenever things go out of stock on their website, it stays out of stock for literal weeks. For example, I have been waiting for kitten food to be back in stock since I got my kitten TWO MONTHS ago. So basically they took my money and didn’t give me the goods in return - I’m sorry, isn’t that theft? I had to actually request to cancel the order because I knew I would otherwise never receive the food or have my money back. So I place another order for a different type of food. It has been SIX days and still, the item has not shipped. How is it an in stock item on your website and yet almost a week later, the item hasn’t even been shipped yet. But again, no problem taking my money!
Do yourself a favor and stick with chewy. Reliable and always on time and they actually have the product they offer on their website. They don’t try to steal from you.

I've just joined the automatic shipment plan (which will be a great help), just had an email that the 2nd shipment is being sent, but I haven't even started using the 1st one
I called and a very pleasant young woman helped me make some adjustments. We will see if that works, and if not, I feel comfortable about calling back if more tinkering is needed.
