My vitamins have leaked out into the package causing a messy residue on the other vitamins as well. I've addressed this with the company & they are going to send a new brain support vitamin & supposed to refund me for that as well. If they weren't so expensive, I'd continue the regimen, but at $100 month, just too expensive

This may sound odd, but I just wanted to take a break, and was little concerned about quitting and dealing with pressure to keep with the program. No pressure, just hope you come back type of thing. I like that so much that I probably will come back for that reason as well as it is good way to do vitamins and or supplements.

supplements are great/packaging good use work
First off their supplements are great. Third party tested, which guarantees that what their advertising is what I'm getting. And I can tell that the supplements are good quality because I can truly tell a difference, especially in the gym. The packaging could be better. It's a bit difficult to pull apart the separate packs without ripping into the pack behind it. Customer service is great and they really take care of you. They help me change my plan. And change my order date.

Lori was fantastic! very communicative and happy to help me with my issue. My capsules were popping and my package had leaked all over my mailbox, attracting ANTS. Full on ants nest in my mailbox and all in my box of vitamins. Lori helped me get a replacement order and fix the popping capsules! I love this company and the supplements make me feel amazing! Best customer service I've had in I can't even remember how long, no one treats their customers this well anymore.

Shipment timing
I like the supplements themselves, they are of good quality and the separation off night and morning is great but Persona seems to have a problem with their shipping schedule, I seem to get my next months supplements a week or more after I've run out of the previous months.

I have looked at your two order deliveries and I see your second order arrived 4 days after you would have finished your first order. That is not the experience we want for our customers and I do apologize for the short delay. It looks as if your order invoiced on a Friday and was sent on the next business day, Monday, causing a few day delay. We are also at the mercy of the carriers.

High quality vitamins
High quality vitamins, convenient service, easy to cancel via chat, a bit pricey, you end up taking a lot of pills everyday. Worth it if you don’t get your nutrients from your diet.
