Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Won’t cancel subscription when asked to. Claims they can’t find account but that’s because they spelled it wrong. Charges accounts you never authorized them to. Poor customer service. No one answers the phone. Very slow to respond my email. Issue is unresolved at this point. Do not recommend at all! Find a different company for you vitamins!
My account was created through PayPal. Don’t you find it strange my email would be spelled wrong from them? Also, I have email chain of communication on 7/24 requesting to cancel and provided both emails and phone number. Your company should have canceled my order as requested and not used other forms of payment that I did not authorize you to use. That is fraudulent activity and you need to take responsibility for this. Why wasn’t it cancelled when I have clearly requested it and in a timely manner? If there was any further confusion as to my account why didn’t anyone reach out again? Terrible service!

Great service
Thao with the customer service team was wonderful in addressing my questions in a timely manner. The company overall is wonderful and I am able to get an appointment with the nutritionist very quickly.
