Giving this company 3 stars for the following reasons; I’ve made two orders at different times. I ordered a photo cup, Stanley cup dupe and all good, happy with my purchase although there was a slight spelling mistake on the text I put it down to my error. The second order was the same picture cup but a different picture on a black background and a picture wrapping paper, came in 3-4 working days. The wrapping paper was missing from the order and the picture transfer was spoiled after one wash. I emailed customer service first about the missing order and I’m yet to receive a response. I was going to follow up about the picture cup but seems I won’t get a response judging by the other negative reviews.
Good concept, quick turnaround but poor quality and customer service.

I have brought a picture cushion as its my friends 50th I am so pleased with it I can't wait to see her face. It's going to mean the world to her.😊 her birthday is next month had to buy early to make sure I get ut on time .👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

I ordered a photo printed T-shirt and the quality of the photo print was grainy, also I paid £9.99 for next day delivery but received the order a week later. However the customer service team replied quickly and were very helpful offering me a refund and voucher. So I have changed my rating to a higher one due to their positive response. Thank you

Simple easy to use system and uploading the info was straightforward and the end result delivered withing 1 week - superb service.

Ordered quite a few photo keyrings and they all turned out really well, with delivery in under a week.

Editing my review as I have had a response from customer service who have shipped me a replacement.

I ordered a keyring as I was emailed an offer. The keyring arrived and has a large air bubble in the top right-hand corner. I have emailed the company and whilst their automated reply states they will reply in 48 hours I have heard nothing.

Poor communication. Bad business..

I also wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. I ordered a large framed picture, screen was celracied down the middle of it. I messaged several times and nobody has got back to me. Website is poor and doesn’t allow to fill our reviews. The fact nobody has come back to me at all just shows how poor this firm is

Ordered a personalised memory slate with photos and verse arrived within 5 days it was well protected and nicely boxed very pleased with the quality of the slate and the photos were exactly as uploaded would definitely order again

We ordered a personalised key ring .It arrived beautifully wrapped in a box and is perfect!!!! Fantastic value for money too .Communication was excellent throughout the process

My 4th Canvas Print from Personalised Treasure. Good quality

Completely fraudulent. I only received 1 of 3 items ordered. Despite multiple emails to their customer service team
I received no response. The 1 item I have received is of the poorest quality and doesn't resemble the photo I uploaded in the slightest. At this point it is theft and a scam. Bitterly disappointed.

This is an awful company. The photo cushion I brought as a Christmas present was guaranteed Xmas delivery, brought 9 days before xmas. It arrived on the 3rd January. I sent 5 emails to customer services during this time none of which were answered! I eventually got a response on the 6th January. The quality is also awful!! It doesn't look anything like the photo and is faded ! Could not give this as a gift. A refund refused a 15% off next order and postage refunded. As if I would be ordering again!! And now no response too my msgs. Shoddy service and Company!!!

Ordered apron and blanket. So easy to use. Really pleased with the product and quick service.

Parcel received but missing the blanket, there’s no way it would have even fit on the packet. On the website it is saying the whole order is delivered.

Customer service is none existent. I am not recieving replies to emails or social media messages.

My husband is leaving to work away for 6 months and dosent have what I wanted to give him.

Absolutely horrendous service

Very happy with keyrings, customer service & delivery.
