Ordered Christmas Countdown with high expectations. All good until it arrived. Several little chips and marks to the front. Was packaged in a bubble wrap envelope so not the best. Emailed the company who were very apologetic and agreed to have another made and despatched asap. Duly arrived this time in a cardboard box. Unfortunately the damage was worse on this one with a deep dent to one front corner and the bottom edge not finished off at all. After an email conversation I decided to keep both and attempt the repairs myself with family help. Would have been lovely if not for the damage.
