Very efficient from first point of sale by Daryl Yates the representative, through to delivery of the personal alarm watch the next day! My daughter has mild epilepsy & has just moved into her first independent living flat. This alarm will help to keep her safe if she falls during a seizure but will not detect one (would be great if it could). We have tested the watch & the 24/7 response is very fast to answer the call & check if everything is ok. So far so good!

This Suresafe wrist band is superb and has worked brilliantly when I have had a seizure.
The customer service is spot on and their response is very quick and efficient.
The whole thing has, and is, providing reassurance for myself and my family.

Really helpful advice and descriptions of the available options and incredibly fast delivery. The product itself is easy to manage and the bonus of it talking was fantastic as the user is visually impaired.

Very easy process overall. Devices work as expected. Battery life is a bit short but other than that no issues.

We’ve been using the SureSafe pendant for a week and it works perfectly. So far no events but we have “practiced.”

This device gives me the assurance that if my husband needs me when I’m in the garden, or even at the nearby grocery store, he can contact me now that he cannot use a cell phone.

Very helpful and patient. Answered all my questions and made the process a breeze.

This product relies on the individual using it to be at the earlier stages of dementia/ Alzheimers.
The charger style requires a specific attachment - not good if you are inclined to mislay things. A universal charger would make so much more sense?!
Finally ...dont decline in health or pass during involvement with this company if your payments are not in place or up to date. They hound with emails and registered mail to ensure they get their money.

Excellent service and product

I have been pleasantly surprised by the care given by this company. They call and help you through the set-up process with a beautiful British accent. 😍 My mother refused the device, at first, so I emailed that I needed to return it. I received two calls the next morning. 1. My mother changing her mind 2. Todd willing to help me with my return.
I was shocked they reached out so quickly. Fortunately, she is keeping the device as she has decided it is very nice. I am confident I will have no problem reaching help if any is needed in the future.

Very helpful over problems of mobile signal here by suggesting a different type of alarm.

Ordering was straight forward I ordered an alarm watch for my mother. I spoke to one of customer services lady who was super helpful, patient, friendly to set up the new user info, tested the alarm with mum nd spoke to another lovely chap - so far so very good!

Staff extremely helpful and considerate, which for these days is rare, my 80th birthday this year so I remember the old days of politeness.

Quick responses to any queries I had regarding the personal alarm features. Which assured me this was the best alarm for me to have.
