Received expired items
Ordered £175 worth of product from Perricone UK. Got the items, 3 of them expire in January 2026 (one month from purchase) and 2 lip therapy which expired in 2021! Spoke with Sam at customer service who refused to confirm the expiry dates citing 'confidentiality'. Sam went on to tell me the 3rd party batch code checkers were unreliable. Over many years of purchasing skincare, I've found those 3rd party batch code sites to be extremely reliable.
If they are in date, why not say so? I'm now left with 3 nearly expired and 2 expired items out of the 8 I bought!
Perricone obviously need to be advised it is illegal to sell expired products in the UK.
Update - thank you for your response Kayleigh. I put my order number on the review so you have access to it.

Skincare that lives up to the hype

I ordered the mystery box
I ordered the mystery box, arrived in 2 days and is the best mystery box I’ve ever had. Delighted with everything in it.
