My initial 1st experience when…
My initial 1st experience when ordering, there was an item missing, however the service I received was efficient and actively resolved without delay. I have to say the the chia body oil and intensive body cream has shown great improvement with my skin, I have only been using for the last few weeks,it has repaired some of my skin issues I had on my legs , I don’t usually leave reviews and felt I had to , the cream is quite thick and have already ran out of the bottle, that’s the only downfall, but it is an investment I feel for hydrated skin deeply

No Response from Customer Service
On 9th April 2026, I purchased 2 of the No Makeup Foundation Serum in Buff under order number 751491797 which on receipt were out of date - see previous review. I messaged Perricone Customer Services under Enquiry 751491797 and was advised my return had been registered and I would receive a confirmation email along with instructions on how to return the goods. No such email has been received. I have chased Customer Service but received no response. I still have products that should not be used and have received no refund.
15/04/2026 Email now received with information for returning the foundation. Thank you Liam.
It is a great shame that issues like this put a damper on wanting to order from the Perricone site. I have been using Perricone since it was introduced on QVC and the products work for me.

Tinted moisturiser is a must
Just purchased my go to tinted moisturiser, love the glow it gives me during the spring/ summer months with the spf I can just apply and go, a small amount goes a long way!

The shampoo and conditioner are good
The shampoo and conditioner are good, however the containers are very difficult to use. I had to take the lids off as i could not squeeze the bottles, they are so stiff. Not very user friendly
