Replaced the clock mechanism in a large much loved outdoor clock. Quick turnaround and great price. On my outdoor wall looking and working great.

I have used this site for two repairs this year. In both cases I was particularly impressed with the realistic first assessment. It was honest and explained the various possible outcomes and the likely time scale and cost of repairs. I was kept informed of progress and consulted on future actions. In both cases I was very satisfied with the result and cost.

I took my mid-range to luxury watch here to be repaired and regretted it almost straight away. No receipt given for watch being left, asked and got a scribbled on business card. Then heard a week later that he couldn't repair it. He'd have to damage the watch to continue. I said no, I'd collect it. I asked if the watch was in tact in original condition so I could take it elsewhere. Yes was his reply. On getting to Burton, about a 40-minute drive for us, the watch was in pieces! We had no choice but to continue with him then.

Weeks later I returned to collect my watch at an agreed time but the owner was not there and the shop was shut. I waited in Costa for an hour or so. I eventually got my watch back but every step of the way was a battle, the customer service is shocking and he just made excuse after excuse.

Fine to have a battery changed in an lower-budget watch, I'm sure. But he should never have taken my custom really and just told me he couldn't repair the watch.

Always take my watches to Perfect Time for new batteries and when some of them need repairs. Trust the workmanship and cost of repairs.

I really recommend perfect time they servervist my Brator watch did a fantastic job on getting back into working order, I wont go any were else always put my new batteries in my watch as well a very trust worthy guy Thank you.

Took a pendulum clock to the perfect time and I got a good evaluation and suggestions as tonthe best way to get a better result.
Picked up at the agreed time and the clock was given a good clean up making it look quite new.
Customer service is top notch and price is considerably good.
