This company is totally guilty of sales through misrepresentation, I purchased a garden ornament from them of 'Snoopy' in a World War 1 biplane, on the basis that the pictures depicting this item gave the illusion that it was a 3D model when in fact it was flat pressed tin, painted to give a partial 3D effect.
Communication with this company about a refund initially received a response of a 15% refund being offered and then 30% with them stating that they do not issue return labels and want photographs to show that the item is in good condition.
I would strongly advise any prospective customers to think very carefully about purchasing anything from this company or any of its associated ones.

I saw the Trutonica advertisement on the internet. It was for the Scooby Doo Bi Plane windmill. I was impressed with the item. It looked to be of good quality material, a reasonable size, and had a solid look about it. It was on special at half price $64AUD. I ordered one and when I received it I was surprised to find it was made of thin metal, about half the size of the advertised one, and the parts were 2D not as advertised. The quality was similar to items you can buy on the internet for a fraction of the price. How these people are allowed to get away with this sort of advertising is beyond me.
Totally disappointed with this item.

This company is a scam. Bait and switch sales tactics. Then when you call them out for their deceptive sales tactics they want you to pay to return the item. Don't buy anything

I ordered two pairs, supposed to be all singing, engineered to give perfect vision, glasses for just short of £60. No hassle refund and return. They took ages to arrive and were anything but what they are advertised to be. Cheap looking specs you can' t see through with a huge crescent shape area at the bottom. Seen better quality at poundland. So I complained and first of all they offered to let me keep them and accept 15% refund. I turned it down. Then the offer was increased to 30% and keep them. I refused and asked about the no hassle returns policy. Next offer was 30% refund, plus another two pairs of glasses if I paid for postage and keep the ones I had. I told them I did not want another pair of useless specs. Next 35% refund and keep.them, by then I was exhausted and sick of the hassle so I gave in and excepted the refund. They told me I would have to pay to return to China. I check cost and it was,£14, which is why I accepted the refund Will never use their website to order anything again. The picture was misleading, the description was a lie and the no hassle statement a joke.

Buyer be aware ! I ordered a foundation creme for €34.99 only to see the same product on Amazon for €5.99. No product was ever delivered, offered a 15% refund and to keep the product when it arrived...SHOCKING..Also be aware that ♡VYSTAHEALTH are the same company with the same phone number and addresss. Both are scammed!

A world class cowboy outfit, never ever buy anything from this bunch of robbers, should be shut down immediately

Fraud. Not what was pictured. Cheap small bottle, nothing in it. With a sticker on it. Nothing near what was pictured. The only way they would give a refund is if I ship it back to them at a cost of $30.00 more than what we paid. And this was supposed to be a 250th US anniversary bottle with the whiskey in it and a liberty bell for the stopper. Do not buy from them.

Inferior goods nowhere near as advertised. No refund available. Feel I have been scammed. How can such unscrupulous people be allowed to trade in the UK? Have reported them to Trading Standards and written warning reviews on as many platforms as I can find.

absolute piece of junk advent calendar , cheap nasty tacky Chinese rubbish charging a premium price for alledged die cast models which is in fact plastic shadow pieces , the spelling is absolutely atrocious . no warnings on the box containing info for small choking parts inside .

Ordered miniature motorbikes as A gift to an enthusiast. Item arrived and was no where near the description on their website. Item was made of cheap material. Cheap plastic sold for £35. It's worth just a £1 to be honest.
Scam. Don't go near this name or any of it's product. Run away.

Don't touch this company with a bargepole. I ordered the Motorcycle Advent calendar on 21 November & it finally arrived on 12 December ! But, apart from that, it is cheap & nasty and not what is advertised at all. Cheap and nasty plastic.

Don't buy this product. I paid $110 for 2 sets of guitar advent calendar. The description said each guitar was about 3-4 inches but they were smaller than my fingernail. The pieces are plastic in a small cardboard box that looks as it should be worth no more than $10. I requested a full refund but was declined. Instead I was offered 15% off. This is a scam!

I should have checked Trustpilot before purchasing from TruTronica. I would give them zero stars if I could. The Sip Smithery beer advent calendar is pathetic. It's a lot of tiny plastic beer bottles which you put on a piece of string. At £29.99 it's a scam.

Ordered Acorn Dreams christmas ornaments. Their website shows 3 dimensional, cute furry critters in "REAL ACORNS" for $19.99 a piece. I received a flat piece of acrylic with a print on it.
WON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN!!!
