Excellent, fast, friendly and efficient customer service - this does not feel like so many other on-line organisations, where every effort seems to be made to avoid any form of direct contact with customers. Communication is great, delivery is on-time and the products are well packaged. I ordered the 3-5-7 Fairway Wood a few weeks ago and have been impressed with how easy it is to use out of most lies. You get a solid connection even from off-centre strikes, which generally go straight and all for a very reasonable price. I'm a 10 handicap currently, but always fighting a fade (slice on a bad day), so this club definitely helps and my old 5 Wood has been consigned to the garage. So impressed, that I have just ordered the Thriver and am eagerly awaiting its arrival, and I'm pretty sure it won't be the last product that I order from Performance Golf. Very impressed.

I have been trying to get hold of them for past 7 days and no one....no one has been responding to provide me an update on my order. I even tried having a chat with customer support, but no body has been responsive there either. I placed order for all the members of my golf group but these guys aren't providing any update. No cancellation, no update, they are straight away ignoring my messages. Worst customer support I have ever experienced!!!!!!
Update: still no response. Even here, they have not responded to my review at all. They close my chat on their website without responding. Sent them multiple texts, but they didn’t seem to care. Bought as gift for folks within my community but these guys never fulfilled or got back to me.
Update 02/27: instead of responding to my emails or even providing me any update out of courtesy and instead of responding to this honest review, they chose to flag my review so it can be removed. Bought 3 clubs from them. They arrived in a timely manner. A few months later I noticed a recurring charge on my bank statement. I wrote to them to have them cancel whatever it was that I was being billed for.
No questions asked - they cancelled and gave me a credit while explaining what and how I had received that billing. I will have to admit that it was my fault for not reading everything that came with my new clubs.
I was impressed with their readiness to correct an issue.

I purchased the 357 and 359 clubs and love them! They have replaced my Taylor Made 4 irons and hybrid fairway wood. They are easy to hit and my fellow golfers want to try them after they see my results.

Now that is quick service.

Performance Golf is a very aggressive company with unclear/vague practices. I was charged $299 for a service that I clearly did not want. I was called multiple times after ordering and receiving a device from them. The calls and many emails are all trying to get me to subscribe to services that I don’t want. Asking them for a refund was not easy. I did finally hear back from them and they have made good on their promise to refund my $299. It seems to have soured what could have been an otherwise positive experience.

Performance golf is a very good company. I purchased the Click Stick from them but after using it a few times decided to return it. Only because as a hearing impaired person (I do use hearing aids), I could not hear the Click! As such, I could not get the feedback the product is supposed to provide. Otherwise, it is a quality device. Well made and capable of actual ball striking. The company gave me an immediate refund.

This company sells nice clubs but be aware they push a lot of extras as well. Maybe this is good for some but not everyone. It's easy to get signed up and charged for services that you never wanted. They did reimburse the charge though.

These guys are a rip off. I bought a 357 club from them then they started charging my card for other things that I never agreed to. Then no one ever answers the phone # you call . They are crooks!! Just give the refund!! But they would rather take your money!! I never ok’d any of these purchases!! They say they need to investigate ! Just liars. Their product is not even that good to have to deal with all this bull crap!! Don’t buy from them!

I lost over $474.88 after returning the inferior clubs I ordered. Their customer Service said we had to prove that our Citibank card actually paid them. Evidently, their accounting dept does a lousy job, as the bank statement reflects that it was paid thru us, but the company can't seem to find it. This has been a problem since August of 25. I have been on the phone with agents and managers (Jack and Jonalyn, Emails from Temberlyn, Justin, and Alexis just to name a few. ) with zero results. I assume that this will never be resolved, but buyer beware!

They offer a lot of training, but constantly try to upsell you on expensive services. I was pretty disappointed with the training videos I watched. Overall, Performance Golf is a waste of money.

The training videos and golf clubs/accessories are top notch. I improved my game considerably and knocked about 5 strokes off of my handicap. Worth every cent!
Also, customer service is excellent and very responsive.
