We totally agree Ines. After a few minutes of using our mat, you will gain confidence in your ability to hit it where you are aimed.
That translates to a lot more made putts on the course and a huge boost in confidence over the ball.
Where is it???
I ordered this on the 9th I November -

Despite numerous emails back and forth, a tracking number being given that didn’t work, here I am a month later with no product.
You keep replying to emails but it doesn’t give me any hope as you don’t actually tell me where this is. I will give this one more week and then raise it with my card and get the money back unless you can prove where the order is???

looks like several others have had a similar issue. be wary of these people, I ordered two mats and a set of mirrors on the 22nd Nov. after two weeks and no confirmation email or delivery date I raised an issue directly with the company and my Credit card company. I received a mail from the company asking me to check my junk folder (as if I hadn't already checked my entire mailbox) surprise surprise no mails from them at all. I then received an order confirmation along with a tracking number. so i checked, it appears the items were only sent today!! very strange. the whole process has been fraught with issues, the buying experience a little stressful (not an insignificant amount of money) i keep my fingers crossed that the items actually turn up and are of decent quality. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, AND SUGGEST ANYBODY WHO USES THEM TO TREAD CAREFULLY.!!!!!

Still undecided.
My credit card initially blocked the transaction as potentially fraudulent. I confirmed payment and took a chance. Initial poor comms from the company, but this has improved. I forwarded all transaction details to the Instagram account and they have confirmed my dealings are authentic. Received tracking detail and parcel left Beijing yesterday. Fingers crossed. Will update when it arrives
UPDATE 10th November
Tracking still states that the parcel left Beijing on the 23rd November, no change for 17 days.
Update 23rd December
Well well well, there was me thinking I had been conned, the tracking updated yesterday, stating that my three mats had arrived in the UK, then at lunchtime today, Parcelforce delivered my three mats.
Communication has been very good the last few days, I was assured that they would arrive by Christmas Day.
We’ll done Perfect Practice you certainly pulled the rabbit out of the hat with this one.
Two of the boxes are a bit damaged, but contents seem fine.
