HORRIBLE customer service
Where to start.....I have contacted Perfect Practice three time via email and once through Instagram with zero response. My order arrived and one of the mats is the wrong size though I was charged for the more expensive version. Overall, I need to return the entire order so I went online and even though I am not outside the 60 return window it states my order is unable to be returned. I need to return the full unopened order and make sure I am refunded properly. I do not know how this company has so many 5 star reviews when this is the level of customer service. I know retailers who do business with them and plan to communicate my experience. Ultimately, I just want to get my items returned and a refund.

I ordered and received the Perfect…
I ordered and received the Perfect Practice golf kit. It arrived by UPS and the cardboard delivery box was in perfect condition. Then I opened that box to find the Perfect Practice box on the inside. It looked like someone had punched holes all over the box. Even the bottom tabs and top flaps of the box were damaged. In other words , UPS did not damage this. The people at Perfect Practice sent the product out like this. I sent pictures to Perfect Practice support team and received no response. I requested a different box and a return label to return the damaged merchandise. They have not responded to my numerous emails. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift … what they sent me is a torn up , ugly box and who knows what may be damaged. You can’t even call this company. There is no number available. I just want too exchange this damaged merchandise with undamaged merchandise. Why won’t they contact me?

Ordered the perfect practice Matt in August off their website rather than on Amazon, so they can keep more of the profits. However they are massive scam artists. They have taken my money, no acknowledgement via email on my order and have blanked my 5-6 chasers on the email exchange. I managed to get through to one of their support staff in the USA, but they weren't able to help. Will have to contact credit card company to get a refund!
Something is seriously wrong
Something is seriously wrong with this company. I received an automated email saying they’d tried to contact me twice to check my address - I received one email. I then checked the order and the invoice. There is nothing wrong with the address and I’ve even sent them a copy of the order and receipt. They can’t find the order! I paid extra for expedited shipment 2-5 days….no confidence that anything will ship. It really feels like they are stalling or are a scam.

Very suspicious of this Business, they took my money, one automated reply and a second stating they would look into it.
Have since sent two emails asking to cancel the order and award a refund.
They are acting like Criminals and not replying.
The same item I could have ordered from Amazon for next day delivery
As soon as I made this review they miraculously emailed me to say it was on it’s way 1 - 5 days fingers crossed
Loong delivery time expected
Update 2/1-23:
So I got my mat before Christmas. Got in touch with Dani from the company - offering great service. Took a while to receive the mat so I got a discount as well. The mat is in perfect condition, and I am very happy with it. It all ended well.
Update: Finally heard from them. Expecting a shipping notification soon. Hoping for the best.
This is the worst experience I have ever had from a registered company. Bought the mat from their EU company. After a few days without a shipping notification (they withdrew money from my account straight away) I heard nothing from them. Wrote to their american company. Apparantly they can't do anything. Wrote the EU company again. Still no answer. I advise to never purchase from this company.
Poor customer service
Have been trying to return the mat I bought but have had no replies to the emails I have sent. Very poor customer service and cannot find a phone number to contact them.

Already seeing the benefits
The mat arrived nicely wrapped in less than a week. Good quality and fun to use. Great that it has such a good stimp rating, 10-14. Had some queries which Dani in customer support dealt with promptly and efficiently. Glad to say I won my 2nd round matchplay on 18th hole today with a 5 ft putt! Finding the Drop 5 system videos very helpful too. Well done Perfect Practice Golf!

Really a bad experience. Discourages everyone from buying from this site.
Almost 1 month ago I bought a putting mat. The money was withdrawn immediately.
After 14 days I wrote and asked for a status.
There were answers that it might take some time.
I'm still waiting and now I do not hear from them.
I have written twice that I would like to regret my purchase and have my money back. It does not happen either.
I must realize that I will not get the item or my money back.
So my clear call is: Do not buy here. It is cheating and deception.

Does just what it says. If you don’t use it, you won’t improve but I’ve spent a few hours per week over the past couple of weeks and I’m starting to see the benefit

Wonderful Customer Service Perfect Practice (thank you Dani).
I ordered the putting mat directly from Perfect Practice, an anniversary present for my Husband for 27th June.
The delivery arrived today (15th June) it was prompt and free! I only ordered it last week.
I didn't notice the 10% discount for new customers until after I ordered the item and mentioned it only in passing to Dani in customer service, to my complete surprise, Perfect Practice honoured this and refunded 10% back to my account without being prompted. I couldn't believe it!!
I initially emailed Dani in customer service to ask what the returns policy was, just in case my husband doesn't like the gift (I'm 95% sure he will though)
and Dani said just return it unopened and delivery is on them!!
I almost purchased this item from a UK company who were advertising it £2 cheaper with free delivery on Google and 10% discount for new customers.
I'm so glad I called the UK company before ordering.
They said delivery was not free and would be £6.95 (and customer also has to pay for the return if it is not suitable).
I got to their checkout and added the new customer code for 10% discount and it WAS NOT APPLICABLE for the Perfect Practice mat. When I told the UK company I felt their information was misleading and I intended to buy the item directly from Perfect Practice, the guy (Lewis) warned me it would cost me a fortune to return it if my husband didn't want it.
I admit he worried me until I made contact with Dani, Perfect Practice, Customer Service, he put my mind at rest and was a delight to deal with. I really REALLY couldn't be happier with making this purchase from this company. Their customer service is outstanding!
Just hope Hubby likes it now!

Appalling service…
I ordered my putting Matt on the 21st May 2021. To date I am yet to receive my order. I have emailed them on countless occasions. The response has been lightweight and I am left perplexed as to what to do next. If I could mark this business any lower than zero, I would. Hopeless!!!

They sent an email to say they couldn’t deliver as they didn’t have the correct address which I find strange
And now they blank all email
Avoid at all costs as they have not been replied regarding a refund
Very disappointing
