Just perfect! Very reasonable quote, much cheaper than other quotes I had, easy ordering and only around a month in total to complete the job from ordering to installation. The fitters, Stevie and Kier never stopped, not even for a cuppa! Fantastic workers! Everything kept clean and left immaculate. The windows and doors look fabulous and have made such a difference to the warmth in my flat. I can highly recommend this company !

Windows were fitted 19 feb 24 I was originally pleased with the fit however some problems occurred.
The company responded- visited repaired and replaced windows from Feb 24 to now Nov 24

Great experience with Perfect Glazing. When Tony from sales arrived he wasn’t pushy, honest upfront and realistic which I appreciated very much. He remained in touch. A week later the surveyor arrived to measure and a further week passed that my windows were made and ready to install. Service was speedy, like no other and every workman who came into contact with me was great. Very happy with the service; would come highly recommended. 2 weeks from first contact to installation. Superb guys

Very pleased with the replacement composite front door, but even more impressed at the customised replacement of an old, but loved, stained glass window. They recreated the old design within a new double glazed unit. Keeps the old look that I loved.

We had 5 windows fitted yesterday in really terrible weather, heavy rain and very cold, but this didn't make any difference to Jamie and Frank who just got on with the job and worked through this from morning too early evening. They gave us a first class service, and cleaned up after as well, a big thank you to them.

Perfect Glazing undertook a large-scale window replacement project for us, and everything went smoothly, and a very professional job from start to finish. Very pleased with everything.

From start to finish totally professional. The first visit from Colin was no pressure sales tactics just honest and knowledgeable advice. Gordon came round next day and measured everything up. Five weeks later Steven and Kerr came and fitted two doors and six windows. Everything was done to perfection and all cleaned up before they left. Would not hesitate to recommend this company.
Only small niggle was no mention of your blinds might not fit back up- three didn't. Oh well just an excuse to buy new ones.

We had doors, French doors and porch fitted last year and windows, gutters and facias this week, great service from start to finish, from sales and admin staff to the fitters on both occasions were Robbie, Darren and Rikki, very professional, tidy and nothing was too much trouble. Love the transformation. Thanks guys

After a very positive experience with Perfect Glazing, from salesman, Joseph,to Stevie our installer,why bother going anywhere else.
Quality,price and attention to detail can be seen in our new windows. To say we're delighted is an understatement.

Got my new front door fitted today, very happy with the service,Gordon was out within a week to measure up my new door, Sharon the sales person was very helpful and kind and explained everything about the door and the different types that are available, and kept me up to date with everything, Alan arrived to fit my front door done a fantastic job took my old door away, had dust sheets down and brushed up after him very happy with my door and the service I received thanks guys.

Just had new windows fitted with perfect glazing and got an excellent service , they matched a quote I had elsewhere and was a quick and easy service with my windows going in within 2 weeks of having them out , the fitters Robbie Darren and Ricky were amazing I could not recommend them enough they even done extras to make the windows more flush and better looking than I had before , they cleaned up after them selfs and explained everything I needed to know 10/10

The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. The salesman was pleasant and not pushy as is often the case, the delivery was quicker than advised and the installation team were amazing. Would definitely

I was impressed with Perferct Glazing due to the presentation and professionalism of Colin, the sales rep. He also presented a very good product with a good price point, so we looked at the other quotes presented and jointly agreed to sign up with Perfect Glazing.
A few days later, Gordon arrived to measure up, and from that, we were advised 3/4 weeks for installation.

We did have a mishap on installation day, which reflects my 4 stars. After a few phone calls, all was sorted out by Adam & Gordon. We received a call one week later from William confirming our new installation date.

All I'm going to say is that the difference between the first fitters and the team of Gerry, Chris, and Young Aaron was day and night. From first contact to finish, they were friendly, polite, and very informative right through the installation. Professional, neat, and tidy and an eye for detail. So if you get these 3 guys, you're guaranteed a perfect job.

Oh, and the standard of the manufacture of the double glazing is of a very high standard. All in all, we are very happy with the outcome.

Arrived early and got stuck in straight away. I live 3 floors up in a tenement flat and had old single glazing that was taken out with a minimum of fuss. I would go out for the day if you can as the windows all come out first - I hadn’t planned for that but when I came back I saw there was still stuff to do and went to the park and got a text when they were about finished. Lovely finish on the windows and ledges and great finish on my kitchen window that previously was below my counter and awkward - handle now low enough for me to reach. Really happy with the work and finish - would highly recommend - thank you x On another note, really friendly young salesman for the first visit and knowledgeable friendly man came out to pre measure everything before my actual fitting - thanks to the full team

Just had a full refurb to windows and doors throughout the house, the price and timeline was on point, the units are brilliant quality and the fitters were excellent - in and out in 2 days and very skilled. If you're thinking of having anything fitted I'd recommend Robbie, Darren and Eurovision Rick as they not only fitted and finished all units to a high standard but also provided a backdrop of 60's, 70's and 80's classics - perfect glazing, perfect tunes.

Excellent service from start to finish.Delighted with door and side panel.Great workmanship from John.Would highly recommend.

Perfect Glazing, being a Scottish based LTD company, who manufacture their products locally. This I fully supported. Their many 5 Star reviews also gave me reassurance.

My review is a negative one in respect of both the fitting and quality.

This genuine review would urge you to pause and reconsider.

Joseph, the sales advisor, was both knowledgeable and considerate. No pressure to get a sale, and instilled confidence. Pricing was reasonable.

Fitting and Manufacturing…

Fitters - The installation men ( Father & son), that I had, I can not recommend.
Silicone finish in my bedroom and Kitchen - Awful !
No skirt left to finish the kitchen window once new kitchen installed. No discussion regarding this.
Both doors were not sealing properly.
Windows clicking when opening and left with silicone slick both inside and out.
Squeaking front door.
Poor or no communication.
They just didn’t care.

I would upload pictures if I could.

Manufacturing - Disappointed with the quality both inside and outside with respect to the finish (wedging) on both the windows and door.
Numerous other problems including, damage to PVC frame(s), letter box on front door not secured/siliconed and doors not sealing when closed. There was numerous faults and damage.

It seems there was no quality control before being delivered.

After Care - Perfect Glazing were very apologetic, and worked with me to have many issues that could be fixed, resolved.
James, who carried out the remedial works was fantastic - Very professional - Thank you.

I have to accept that there are areas that would only be resolved by replacements.
An amicable resolution was met.

I was exhausted and very stressed by this experience.

Overall, I do hope my experience was an isolated one (see previous reviews), and that Perfect Glazing Group LTD will improve their quality control to provide the product they promote.
