Got our windows and doors a few weeks back, they are fantastic, and such fantastic quality, the joiners who came were amazing and even spoke me through the process which was interesting, dealt with Garry Mann who was great all the way through. Thanks again Emma and Duncan

We got a new front door with glass, 8 months ago. Very well fitted, and it looks beautiful, couldn't be happier, will be getting in touch soon for a back kitchen door, and they were well priced.

Not one to usually leave reviews but the level of service demands a review be given. It would almost be rude not to.

Contacted Perfect Glazing to get a quote for 5 windows. Sales rep came out, very friendly, great banter and gave some quotes. Visited the showroom a few days later and met Garry. From the outset, the service was beyond exceptional. Having very little knowledge or experience of windows, Garry took the time to discuss all the various options and prices. Price quoted was extremely competitive. Communication from day one was above and beyond. Day or night, all queries was answered promptly.

Now, down to the the actual job itself. Fitters turned up on time and did a fantastic job. Workmanship, communication, finishing, attitude were all above and beyond. Left them to the job. Came back and was stunned by the work they had done. Place was left immaculate afterwards. No mess, no fuss.

Garry came out to see the windows a few days later and we are more than happy with the job. Experience has been wonderful. Above and beyond what I expected. Only place I would consider going for windows in the future hands down. The man is worth his weight in gold. Great credit to the company, takes great pride in his work, does not go in for the hard sale and gives an honest opinion for the job.

Overall, my experience has been wonderful and I would recommend Perfect Glazing to everyone. Garry is literally the Mann for the job!!!

Starting with Joseph Green, the sales Rep, who was a true gentleman, well mannered, polite and not pushy at all. He explained and answered all my questions with full clarity. Moving to the fitters: Robbie, Darren and Ricky are indeed ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this team to anyone who wants the job done efficiently. The 3 of them are meticulous, pay extreme attention to details and wouldn’t move on till you are very much satisfied. They take pride in their job, and are very pleasant, cheerful, courteous and professional. I can’t thank them enough for their great work.

A Competitively priced replacement for our old porch, well-made, and installed with care and skill. All staff we dealt with were pleasant and helpful.

We have had nothing but issues with a door fitted by this company. It has been letting water in and last time I checked a front door shouldn't do that. The door doesn't sit right in the frame. The previous one didn't have this issue.

We eventually had to get the Ombudsman involved. When getting quotes for repairs for the Ombudsman, a lot of companies refused to provide a quote because of the standard of workmanship. The one company that did quote for it refused to guarantee the repair for the same reason already mentioned.

We are now being issued with a refund by the Bank so we can get a new door. We can only hope that they continue their case against you.

We would recommend any other company is used.

If I could leave more than 5 stars I would. What a brilliant company! Fantastic service from start to finish. So happy with my door. The fitter, John, was a real star. Friendly and polite. The price was spot on and fitted within 3 weeks.Highly recommend this company.

Recently had windows and doors fitted. First class fabrication and Robbie and the boys did an excellent job with the installation. 2 days, no mess and no hassle. Highly recommend. Cheers guys.

Painless from 1st enquiry to installation, everyone I dealt with was helpful, informative and understanding of my needs. What it’s done for my both thermal and acoustic insulation is far better than I could have expected. I must mention the installation crew, professional, hard working and all round good guys.

Very pleased with our new patio doors and with efficient, friendly service from our salesman, Tony Mann. There was a slight problem with the door lock mechanism after fitting but this was quickly dealt with.

From Andrew who who arrived to discuss the size, type and cost of the new windows to the guys who came to fit the windows, Robbie, Darren and Robbie’s dad the service was excellent and very professional.
The sales staff were polite and sent on the invoice and guarantee within 1 hour of my inquiry

Would highly recommend this company. From Joe the rep that came to the house, who was a true gentleman and non pushy, the fitter who was professional quick and never left a mess. To the quality of our door was to the highest standard and very reasonably priced. We liked this company so much we have went back to get them to provide our front door. Then we will get them to do the internal doors

These guys are so bad that if you leave a bad review they try to get Trust Pilot to remove it - says it all!!!! I am not going to write a rant of the issues, however I would NOT advise using this company and WOULD advise that you read the other 1 star reviews. Terrible experience.

First of all just want to say thank you to Colin who initially came round to sell us on perfect glazing and was our point of contact from then on. We had our full house fitted with new windows and composite doors this week and what a difference it has made! The fitters Jamie & Shug were first class. One of the windows frames had a minor scrape to it and when notified someone was out the next day fixing it for us. Really cannot fault the service we received from this company.
