Our business had been flooded late last…

Our business had been flooded late last year but due to the drying processes not being successful, we had to quickly get all of our premises cleared to enable strip out and repairs. The team (managed by David) who came and did this for us we extremely professional, courteous and treated our possessions with care in what was a very stressful time for us. Would highly recommend.

Avoid at all costs

I had a terrible experience. Perfect were moving me in and out of my temporary accommodation (my flat got flooded). They were careless, broke *the same thing twice* and acted like it's no big deal; They were 2 hours late and then still left at 5pm, leaving me with more than 50 boxes packed boxes because 'we only unpack to flat surfaces, and we ran out'. When I said, I'm clearing them up, and what about these other surfaces? they said, oh no, that's not what we do, you can't clear them up. I said in what universe is 'unpacking' leaving someone with 50+ still-packed boxes?? When I told their manager over the phone that the first team reassured me everything would be done in time (the job was across two days), he told me I shouldn't have spoken to any of the workers. When I said, what about the fact that they were 2 hours late this morning, he was annoyed and said 'Well, they were stuck in traffic', making it my problem (what exactly did you expect, there to be no rush hour traffic?). They do the 'inventory' of your stuff but they don't check against it, when I asked how do you know all the stuff is here, they looked at me like I have two heads.

TL;DR Unprofessional, sloppy, with no sense for what customer service is. Avoid.

Damage Your Goods

This company is dishonest. They damage our furniture to and from property. Yet argue to actually repair or replace the damage they caused.

We've now taken Legal advise and will take action by this means.

Anyone uses this company, video or take photos of each item before they lift it. We've taken photos, etc and they still try their best not to pay or replace.

They email attachments and don't add directions/requirements to their attachments, until afterwards. Again, we showed thos to our legal advisor, who have advised they are at fault. So as they still haven't rectified our claim, we will be recovering damages via legal action, to seek justice.

We have ample damages that need to be rectified.

18th February 2024

We appreciate your response, although the statement isn't factual and very much untrue.

No equipment or technology device was used at our property, when your Director attend to review all the evidential damages (we invited him to attend) amd he himself, agreed that the damages were sufficiently evidential. He contacted the Contractors the insurers used for a quote, for the floor damage upon receiving this, we was offered only a percentage, towards the floors and every other damaged items.

Personally, if you've damaged something, you either pay full repair/replace or full refund amd for that reason, we seeked legal action

UPDATE 14.03.2024

We stand by our truth and clarity of substantial amounts of evidence. Which includes, how the property was prior to entry of the property and evidence during the entry of your team and all the damages, recorded from removal to return. Written and photographic evidence has been obtained and distributed to you, the Insurers and legal company.

As previously stipulated, we invited your Director, to attend in person, following the evidence being email. His attendance was to see floor damage of dent whereby your contractor dropped the wardrobe door on the living room floor. He was also shown various scratches in different areas and rooms, as not all were covered with dust sheets, and furniture was dragged across the floor. The large tear on our leather bed wasn't there prior to removing our furniture, torn in transit etc

Again, various other items broken, clothed steamer, Chester draws and a leather chest trunk. All this items were reported from the onset.

Realising the extent of the damages and repair or replacement cost, made you advise us your only willing to pay a percentage of costs to each item. Unfortunately, this is were we disagree and this is why we've escalated through the Legal route.

We will not reply further, to repeat our truth. We'll allow the legalisation and legal team, to fully investigate on our behalf

September 2024 we were paid out fully, for all damages occurred. Truth Will always prevail in the end.

It is important to be honest and collate and retain, all evidence before and after, videos and photos of items. It is also very important to report damage immediately when noticed, as this collates email trail.

It is a shame we had to take our complaint legally. Thankfully, we did as with all communication evidence given with photos etc - our complaint was upheld and rather than accepting the small offensive % amount by Perfect Group, we was fairly compensated in full, for the flooring damages, TV BED and all other furniture items listed.

Outside of this unfortunate situation, outside of the damages and refusal to compensate for the damages fairly - should you use this company, simply take your videos and photos prior to removal and at completed journey. The guys were respectful and on time, credit were credit due, it's just unfortunate for the damages

Make sure you respond in 7days (as we did) and ensure you retain all emails and communicate by email/writing only.

I'm glad qe didn't accept your offer, as it wasn't a fraction of what we received, fairly and duly warranted

We appreciate your updated feedback, and we're sorry to hear that you're still not satisfied with the outcome. However, we must clarify that our statement remains true to the facts and the evidence available to us. Our customer service department diligently conducted their due diligence, and based on the evidence provided, it was determined that the floor already had prior damage.

During our Director's review of the damages, it was agreed upon that the damages were indeed evident. However, it's important to note that this was documented on our app technology that was used at your property during this process. Our Director assessed the situation firsthand and initiated communication with the contractors utilised by the insurers to obtain a quote for the floor damage. Subsequently, a percentage offer was made towards the damages to the floor.

We understand your perspective regarding full repair/replacement or a full refund in case of damage. However, in this particular instance, our evidence suggested that the damage was not solely caused by our actions, hence the reason for the offered percentage. We empathise with your frustration and the inconvenience caused. we believe that the damage originated from another source.

Once again, we apologise for any dissatisfaction you've experienced throughout this process and assure you that we've acted in accordance with the information available to us.

Superb service

We had Perfect Group for moving and their service was beyond expectation. Scott and his team were superb and very caring in handling and transporting inspite of the heavy rain. They made sure everything was carefully loaded and unloaded, they made my move a very pleasant one.

Absolutely fantastic

Absolutely fantastic. I went through horrific stress with being flooded out by tenants above me (I own my property) it took 4 months to renovate my property back to how I had renovated it. An extremely stressful time but from packing all my possessions to delivery and unpacking to help me I cannot praise Perfect Group enough. Kaitlan was fantastic as was the guys that helped me today. Thank you so very very much . I will definitely be using this company for when I move x

Excellent Service Throughout

Super organised, lovely to deal with and not a single thing was damaged. We had an absolute downpour of rain and there were no stains/footprints on the carpets and everything was taken care of. Can't recommend them enough - they were recommended to me by two colleagues.

If you want a professional and helpful removal firm then look no further!

David and the team made what would have been a very stressful move a whole lot better. They were professional but also very warm and friendly. Friends who were around during the move commented on how good the team were compared to other removal firms. Sarah was wonderful too and was very professional but also very understanding over the phone. I could not recommend the Perfect Group more highly.

Moving home with the Perfect Group, absolutely brilliant !

This was the first time I have used a removals company to temporarily move houses and used the Perfect group. They were absolutely brilliant ! Stuart and his team were very friendly, helpful and understanding and made the stressful task of moving so much easier. Nothing was an issue for them and I am so pleased that we used the Perfect group and have no hesitation in highly recommending them 😊

Incredible service, saves you time & stress

I have a lot of stuff. A lot. And following a flood, my home was a mess. I also have an anxious old cat who doesn’t like strangers or noise. The guys from Perfect Group - Luke and Danielo - could not have been more professional, friendly, quick or efficient. They packed my stuff up and took it to storage before I even knew what was happening, although if there was anything they weren’t sure about, they were sure to check. Super careful, considerate, methodical and honestly just a dream. They packed my stuff, moved it to storage, moved the rest to my new apartment and unpacked it there too. I could not have dreamt of a better service. The support I received to arrange the service from Sandra and the guy who did a video call tour of my home first to assess my needs, was also absolutely first rate. Now I’ve experienced this level of service, I’ll factor the cost in to any future moves as it’s 100% worth the money in saving you time and stress.

100% recommend Perfect Group

The two young men who collected my furniture for temporary storage and the two, different, young men who returned my furniture and the young lady who arranged for the pickup and return, were professional, courteous, respectful and good humoured, making the whole process totally stress free. I can’t sing their praises enough. Definitely recommend this company.

perfect by name, perfect by nature!

The removal side of Perfect group, so reliable, quick and helpful . The two guys who returned my goods from Storage were brilliant. The office staff dealt with every issue perfectly!!!! Thank you, Ashlee- my experience of other companies involved in my particular experience, have been really poor and unprofessional. You are a breath of fresh air. Thank you Perfect Group!!

Highly recommended - excellent service !

Perfect Group have been a dream to work with. The lady in the office - Libby - has always been ultra helpful, polite and efficient. The packers have been great - especially Dave and Liam who helped with my last move in. Dave arrived on time and was polite, cheerful and nothing was too much trouble. If you ever need to move house, choose Perfect Group for service, reliability and efficiency.

Perfect service at a difficult time

Perfect Group helped my mother move into a rental property folllowing a house fire, which was very traumatic. Adrian and Toby could not have been more helpful and respectful to the position we were in, ensuring they organised everything swiftly and as my mum wanted, while taking the time to ensure she was happy with what they were doing. Big big thank you to you - can not give enought praise for the service provided!

Stress free and Smooth move . We used Perfect Group earlier this year…

We used Perfect Group earlier this year as we had to move out of our home to temporary accommodation for reasons beyond our control.
Perfect Group we’re fantastic. The guys who came were friendly , polite and very professional. Nothing was too much trouble and they took great care in moving our furniture. Will be using Perfect Group again shortly and know the pressure of moving back will be taken of us. Definitely recommend Perfect group to anyone moving house if you want a stress free and smooth move. Thanks Again Guys
