I ordered the levante table in reclaimed oak and what a fantastic product it is! The team were incredibly helpful throughout, calling me to help make updates to my order and keeping me informed of delivery timelines. The delivery guys were also fantastic.
I did have a slight defect with one table leg but am yet to inform pepper Sq as I have been away from my emails but given their track record I can only imagine they will ale the information on board to better the next customer experience.

The furniture we ordered is fabulous, we love it. Customer service was great all from ordering to delivery. Delivery was delayed a little but we were kept up to date on what was happening.

I am putting the product to one side because I am happy with it. I am purely reviewing your service. The communication from yourselves was poor. I tried ringing your telephone number several times and different times of the day no reply. The Facebook response despite claiming you respond promptly was woeful and didn’t fully answer the question. I was given a delivery schedule that was never stuck to. I am giving the 2 stars for the polite sales person who actually did respond. I’ll be unlikely to use you again unless there is a product I really can’t get elsewhere then only begrudging. Not great feedback but honest.

Very happy with my purchase. Good quality product. Initially I was missing visibility on my estimated delivery date but then communications improved and it came as planned.

Fantastic experience from beginning to end. I ordered the 4-seater linen sofa Lilly. I'M OBSESSED! The delivery was exactly when booked for and they were quick and swift in getting it up to our flat. The actual sofa itself is the most comfortable and extremely stylish. It has the wow factor. I already recommended Pepper Sq to my family and friends.

Our beautiful bed was delivered safely, and expertly erected by the professional bed-put-togetherers.
They were polite, professional and prompt.
The bed itself is extremely well made, and the materials all feel of good quality. I was delighted that the bed was more brown than grey, (it was quite hard to see from the pictures).
Everything about ordering with Pepper Sq has been a delight. I will certainly be back.

I'd been looking for a narrow mirror for the hall to hide an unsightly crack in the wall. This was just perfect and complimented the hall decor. Very pleased with the quality of the product and the ease of ordering and delivery.

The smell of paint is so strong that the my daughter is struggling.also It must be handled very carefully when assembling.
