I ordered a set of bedroom furniture. The Pepper Square team were extremely helpful in providing colour swatches and custom colour charts to help me match existing finishes. Ordering was straightforward online, and delivery was made exactly in line with the advised lead time. The delivery team were curteous and efficient, assembling the units quickly and clearing all packing materials. I was very pleased with my order and the service provided. Only suggestion for improvement I can offer is to provide staged payment terms. Currently terms are 100% upfront which places all solvency risk on the customer during manufacture. Having said that this was not an issue with my order.

I looked at many retail sites on the internet to find a table that suited my needs and after a long trawl Pepper Sq came up trumps. So happy with the purchase and it was well worth the wait. I was unexpectedly in hospital undergoing surgery at the time of the delivery so my daughter took receipt on my behalf. The delivery team not only took my table to my dining but due to my situation were also good enough to construct it. Can't thank them enough, it was really appreciated.

First saw this transforming table online and thought it wa a greeat idea. Finally committed to buying it and Alice the customer service woman was amazing. So lovely and helpful and part of the reason i'm leaving 5 stars. The table itself is great and everyone who was seen it has been very impressed. Great bit of furniture for people who have limited space. There was a few delays with delivery, mainly i think due to the pandemic which was probably not the companys fault. Overall very impressed with the item and with the customer service. Would reccommend to everyone.

We bought a fold up oak table that required some adjustments to the pegs enabling us to more easily fold the table up and down. Pepper Sq were so helpful in making bespoke wooden begs that would enable us to do this and responded to our request within days.

Excellent service from Marina at Pepper Sq when buying the Barbican convertible table. Quick delivery of swatches, kept me informed through the order process and flexible with finding a delivery slot that worked just before xmas. Would definitely buy from them again.

The bed looks even better in person then on the website, I absolutely love it!
Before ordering the bed I had a query about the sizing which was answered straight away.
The service to make the bed was definitely worth it so you don’t have to worry about a thing. Also the bed came so quickly it was delivered within 2 and half weeks of ordering it and they keep you updated within that time frame.

I would highly recommend this company great service.

I recently bought a table from Pepper Sq. I was a bit nervous as it was a big purchase and I was relying on company reviews.
The delivery estimate was spot on. I had emails from the company when the table was dispatched from the factory, another email when it arrived at the delivery company and more info when it was dispatched. Then I had a 5 hour window and a further call when it was half an hour away. The delivery guys were great.
All in all, a great experience with this company. The table is as described and was a good price.
I'd definitely use Pepper Sq again.

I recently purchased the Blade walnut dining table and it arrived last week. I am very pleased with the quality of the product. It is beautiful. Customer Services managed the whole process extremely well and kept me updated with the progress on delivery. The guys who delivered it were superb and immediately took their shoes off when they entered my home without me having to ask. They ensured the table was in situ and assembled it and were both very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this company. So refreshing these days to get such good customer service.

I recently purchased the blade ceramic white table. I am over the moon with the quality and look of the table. There was a slight delay but customer service team were great in keeping me informed and even managed to deliver within a day of coming into their warehouse. I would highly recommend Pepper Square and will definitely order from them again.
