My girlfriend got suckered into a membership by ordering a cheap item off a shopping app. Long story short by the time she realized the membership had charged her $26.89.
I was eventually contacted by a representative and a refund was issued. We were both grateful for the kind attention and solution to this situation.

I did a background check on myself
I did a background check on myself. It was all there. I forgot to cancel my account within the alotted time. I wrote customer service and got an immediate response and was credited the monthly charge. Seems super solid to me!

I m sorry but making it impossible for months to be able to cancel an account and then I deleted my account instead but I still got charged every month for 6 months. Now they do have a cancel button on the website and I canceled it but they did charge me 23 dollars for this month only 🙄

Seems reputable and honest
I went to PeopleLooker to look up an email. I thought I had made sure to specify only the one time lookup but I got notification that I was being charged for a subscription. I immediately contacted them and a refund was processed for me within a couple of hours. PeopleLooker seems to be an honest site that is not out to grab money. I would recommend using them, just be sure you are not subscribing unless that is what you want to do.

Major disappointment
Im very disappointed because the information you get is so basic. Really if you just want to find someone there’s easier ways to do that. If you want to know where they live, home values, taxes,etc. it’s there but unfortunately every search I. Did was myself, my kids, my cousins and friends. There is so much incorrect info it’s laughable. I think the information I corrected should have a monetary reward! Does anyone verify the information you put out or are you trying to put 2+2 together and making guesses. People are trusting you and you let us down.
