No notice of balance or minimum payment…

No notice of balance or minimum payment due I've never had a late payment in my entire life! No email, no call, couldn't log on to the damn website. Finally got through to customer service transfer 10 times only to be hung up on. Close my account. You should Outsource to India it's probably better!

Everything was very easy

Everything was very easy, the online tools were the best and the person who attended me, knew what I was doing and answered all my doubts, that I even opened a savings account, unintentionally 😂

Oh What A Feeling PenFed

Wow, was I impressed with the customer service representatives at PenFed Credit Union. From the jump, they thank you for your time with PenFed. Very professional, friendly, and just made me feel like they cared. The service is comparable to the feeling of being wrapped up in your favorite blanket with a cup of hot chocolate.

A Truly Helpmate ("PenFed")

My experience was great at PenFed because they were more eagered to ensure that I received the very best care.

Additionally, PenFed was upfront and trufully about all their products and services, while ensuring the security of your transactions were their first priority, and your satisfaction were their second priority. Thank you PenFed!

Fast, Simple, Efficient Lending Service

I have never had as simple easy and effortless an experience in applying for a loan than my recent experience with PenFed. I was applied for a loan on Friday morning...and had my approval and loan papers by Friday evening. Their call center staff were extremely helpful in walking me through the process and even communicating with the finance manager at the dealer the next day. They sent the check while I was at the dealership and I was able to sign it over to them 2 days later. Based on the overall experience, I rate PenFed the G.O.A.T of auto lending!

Professional, courteous, and concerned about their customers! I was called back at the exact time specified, and the issue was resolved right away. Kudos to PenFed for having the best people doing the job above and beyond expectations!

I called PenFed Bank to help me resolve…

I called PenFed Bank to help me resolve an issue. The agent was truly very helpful and professional. He explained the issue I was experiencing with an in-depth information that I was aware of. He was very knowledgeable and patient and understanding with me. Thank you Penfed for having a live local agent that can understand and explained the topic discussed without frustration to do so with an overseas agent that doesn’t understand what is being discussed or comprehend what is being described. Thank You Penfed for having local agents . Thank You Penfed.
