I received an email that my order would be delayed due to overwhelming response to advertising. I responded that I would be happy to cancel my order if that would help.
Instead, the company upgraded my product choices and shipped immediately! That hardly EVER happens with a business. I am incredibly impressed, and the product is exactly as advertised. My little one loves his cooling mats. Thank you for all you do!

Not worth the price
I just received the cooling mats for my dogs and quickly opened them. I tested them out and sadly to say they do not stay cooler or even feel cooler than any other cooling mats (I have tried many over the years). This time I decided to splurge a little because the others aren't effective and I thought spending more would result in a better outcome. I was wrong.
I should have read the return policy before making the purchase. Now I don't even want to return it because I would have to pay for shipping as well as pay for restocking fee! My fault for just assuming the advertised 14 day return window did not include those costs/fees. Sadly to say i am not satisfied with the product because, although nothing is wrong with them, they are not anymore effective than other cooling mats especially considering the high price.
I wanted to make a return but will not due to the shipping cost and restocking fee.

Item was received and was ripped and defective. The item looked used. Customer support was absolutely horrendous. Weeks without a response. Once I received a response they said they would send out a new one and I could keep the original. The 2nd item came and the entire filling was missing! Unusable so I threw it away. Customer service now says they cannot refund my money because I needed to send back the defective order. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

First of all, the Pelsbarn products are of a really high quality, and secondly, their customer service is fantastic!
My Siamese CAT loves their cooling mats and sleeps on one every single night, above my head! During the day, she sleeps on a cooling mat in her cat tower/tree (buy one get one free!)! I can't recommend their products enough, if my CAT loves them, how much will your dog love them?!?!?!?

Worst online experience I have ever had
I placed an order on June 22nd and as of August 10th, I still have not received my items. I sent numerous emails and just received an automated reply. After stating I would be contacting the Better Business Bureau and leaving a negative review, I received an email from a person supposedly saying they were personally going to check and get a response from the fulfillment team, another week has gone by and nothing. I constantly order from supplier this has been my worst experience ever.
After posting this and sending a complaint to the BBB, they did address the issue and send the mats. Unfortunately, my dog does not seem impressed yet and I am disappointed that it took a 1 star review in order to get their attention and the problem corrected but they did correct it

If i could give 0 stars I would. Never received the "luxurious pet car covers when my package arrived. Reached out to customer service via 2 emails and several phone calls but no response. Company only gives you 14 days to try to make a return but then they do not respond in a timely manner! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Total scam company. Blows up your email with automated messages but cannot respond to order issues. I will be contacting my credit card company because this company is a scam! STAY AWAY!

I have a full, double-coated, HOT Sheltie!
I have a full double-coated, long-haired Shetland sheepdog puppy. From the moment we got him we knew he was hot all the time. I decided to find out about the ice silk on the Pellsbarn beds. My beautiful pup Andy now sleeps quietly on Pellsbarn mats and beds in several rooms. Thank you Pellsbarn for keeping my baby comfortable! PS. They are indestructible even with puppy chewing! And they wash up beautifully in the machine. I’m a happy Dog-Mom!

Sofa bed is low quality
I ordered the sofa bed for my new couch. It was pricey but I wanted my dogs to be able to enjoy the couch without worrying about fur, scratches, dog smell or leaking accidents on my couch. I didn’t open the beds for a year because I waited until we received our new couch. Unfortunately any liquid goes right through the pad, it is not resistant at all. The padding is so thin and the dog smell easily goes through and transfers to whatever is under the dog bed. Overall for the money, I feel the Pelsbarn sofa bed is not a good buy. I don’t recommend.

From the moment it arrived, Frankie was obsessed with it and now chooses it over the sofa most days. The quality is amazing, it's incredibly soft, supportive, and looks beautiful in our home.

These are super cool beds with just the right amount of padding to make them comfortable for my dog who usually refuses to entertain a dog bed. The company were incredibly helpful and fast to despatch and honestly I could not be more delighted. Additionally as an animal lover I was thrilled to here that Pelsbarn help provide beds to dog shelters, so each purchase ports those poor dogs without homes yet!

My dog is a 15 year-old border collie
My dog is a 15 year-old border collie. She overheats and I have to keep the air conditioning on 24 seven this summer. I bought her a bed from Pelabarn and she lays in it all day long and all night long. She loves it and now I don’t have to keep my house as cold. I even told my vet about it to recommend to her patient because the bed is so amazing it also comes with a pillow I would definitely buy it again. I love the fact that it’s washable.

I received my order and the mats were…
I received my order and the mats were too small for my Berndedoodle. I asked to return tham, and was emailed and told they do not refund cost,you can place another order for a bigger size or donate to rescues. Well.... I have received nothing. I decided to order the XL, two of them, they have received my mats, in exchange and email me information but do not send new mats. Not impressed. And I thought the mats were very flimsy.
