I withdrew money on the 16/12/2022. I have not received my money yet. I have send numerous emails and had not reply.
I withdrew money before and had no problems.
The casino asked me to withdrew my money as the will no longer be available in my country.
No the email address is also not working.
This is the worst service i have ever had.

What a shame really enjoy this website let down by poor withdrawal process. Had no issues and then suddenly nothing for 4 weeks but they still will take my money on deposits.

Update this has now been paid out today 08/11/22 so maybe my faith is restored I have another withdrawal outstanding now awaiting an update!

I had no other option but to withdraw…

I had no other option but to withdraw my winnings via "Mifinity" which Pelaa.com is associated with.

My winnings are stuck with Mifinity who's customer service team is NOT responding. Verification of my account is constantly just "pending"

I thought Pelaa would be a trust worthy site but to not give the option to withdraw via debit card is disgusting.

Im going on holiday soon and im desperate to withdraw my winnings.

Im disgusted.

For the second time I have tried to do…

For the second time I have tried to do a new withdrawal and they now state my account need verified again & that master card did not except it. However the previous withdrawal went through???

Other then this issue the site is actually good just need to sort out their withdrawal issues

Another casino that doing everything to delay withdrawal.
My account was verified few days ago after sending all documents requested.
Withdrawals still pending where it should be 'instant' for skrill.

Holding withdrawl for 4 weeks.

Was using Genesis sites just fine until recently. Now Pelaa have been holding a £10 withdrawal for 2 weeks. I keep getting the same rubbish from support, under review blah blah. It's total rubbish. I have another £40 withdrawal being held for 1 week on another of their sites CasinoJoy. I used to enjoy this site, now they are just theives. I'll stick with the more reputable sites I guess.

Update, still nothing. They aren't even responding to emails any more. These guys are theives. I've reported to Resolver and IBAS.

Update, 1 month has passed. 4 weeks later Pelaa are still not responding to my emails and still have my money in Casinojoy and Pelaa. They are theives. DO NOT TRUST! "your complaint is currently being investigated" no it's not, otherwise you would reply to my emails. You have been ignoring me for the past 3 weeks while keeping MY money!

I am a big fan of genesis casino group…

I am a big fan of genesis casino group however my experience with Pelaa is slowly putting a sour taste in my mouth,I requested a withdrawal on September 2 and its still pending all other genesis casinos would already have processed this,I tried the live chat option and it's just a bot,they need to stop making excuses and process withdrawals in the timeframe posted on their website.
Update*** they now want me to verify my account which they say can take up to 72hrs which is frustrating cause now If they don't like the documents I sent them it will just prolong this process,

Last review of this absolutely awful awful people…

Last review on this shame of a company to implore every single person who comes across this review please don’t join this site. I can not stress enough the drama, headache, lies, false promises and disrespectful attitude you will get if you try and withdraw. It’s not even a huge sum of money that I withdrew and never saw 😂. The list of excuses 1. We need 72 hours 2. It’s with the relevant team 3. We have a backlog 4. It’s been escalated 5. We are unable to get a response from the relevant department…. For anyone who honestly is considering joint please don’t. It’s safe to say they have taken me for a complete mug stolen my withdrawal and are continuing to laugh at my efforts to get my money. You win Pelaa… disgusting thieves!!!!!

Update: they have been expecting a response any minute now for over a week 😂 I wouldn’t hold my breathe. Pelaa let’s just admit your delay tactics are very visible but you have messed with the wrong one!!!!! I will not stop until you pay me my damn money. You can scam as many people as you please!!! I however will not be one of them.

Really bad casino stay away I won £320…

Really bad casino stay away I won £320 and I withdrew it they asked for documents I sent them and they said it will take 72 hours to get my winnings and it’s been over that and still not got anything all they are saying is that my pending withdrawal is under review and to make matters worse I was on a line chat support for about the 5th time and got told w I would hear back today and I didn’t hear anything

Requested a withdrawal of £2000 on the…

Requested a withdrawal of £2000 on the 09/05/2022 with Genesis casino for which i was asked for Enhanced due diligence documents, i sent the documents and they were approved and my account verified, my withdrawal was processed successfully on the 17/05/222. I then requested another withdrawal of £1500 on the 20/06/2022 which i won from depositing £200 from my previous winnings, and 5 weeks later it has still not been processed, they say my documents are still under review? Even though my documents were approved one month prior? And i have played using the same funds i withdrew from the Genesis group.. I have contacted support multiple times but just keep getting the same response, they have everything they need, my documents are under review that they do not know why it is taking so long and the relevant department will be in touch.. but today 24/07/2022 i still have not had any email, update or even reason for the withdrawal taking so long. Not allowed to speak to the relevant department directly. I would like to know why just one month after my enhanced due diligence documents are approved and everything on my account verified they then feel the need to delay my next withdrawal by 5 weeks stating that my already approved
Documents need reviewing again, why was i not asked for this when i deposited the £200 on the 18/06/2022? What is the reason for taking weeks? And no communication

Shocking, shame because i actually really enjoyed the casino, good layout and good selection of slots.. Dissapointing
