I made several deposits and lost them, then I made a second deposit and lost them again. My last deposit was 3,000 USD, I lost 1,500 USD at the casino, and then I made a few bets on the NBA, after which my balance was equivalent to 3,500 USD. Then the bookmaker asked me to confirm my documents, provide screenshots of my deposit, and asked me to undergo video verification. During the video verification, I answered all the questions correctly and easily. The bookmaker didn't ask for any more documents and simply refused to give me my money back; they wouldn't even return my deposit.They've been ignoring my messages since last year and constantly telling me to wait. They're scammers!!! I've already filed a complaint against them with PAGCOR, the Philippines' regulator, and I hope I can create some problems for them.

I registered with 747.live and deposited, expecting a normal betting experience. I placed just ONE single sports bet, and right after that my account was blocked. No explanation, no request for verification, nothing – simply locked out.
I even have a screenshot proving what happened. This makes me believe they are not operating fairly at all. A legitimate bookmaker does not ban new customers immediately after their first bet. The only reason to do this is to avoid paying out and to control who wins and loses.
When I tried to get support, they gave no clear response and no proper reason for the block. It’s extremely unprofessional, suspicious, and feels like a deliberate scam tactic.
There are many licensed, regulated bookmakers out there who treat customers with transparency and respect. 747live is clearly not one of them.
💢 Verdict: 1 star – fraudulent, untrustworthy, and unprofessional. Stay away if you don’t want to lose your money!
