I bought a 2023 submariner from the guys. Being the first Rolex I was buying, I was a bit apprehensive, but Elliot was great supporting me and removed any doubt. I was shopping around many stores for my first Rolex they were all over priced compared to peak not only that their customer service was shocking in some stores. I reached out to Elliot via Instagram and he instantly replied we got a deal down extremely quick and it was shipped out the next working day. Couldn’t be happier with my Rolex and I’ll be for sure using peak again in the future! Great prices, great customer service that’s what you want !

The watch is as described and in excellent condition. These guys are easy to deal with!

I have just completed a purchase with Peak Watches for a Rolex Yachmaster 40. From initial call Adam was extremely helpful, knew the product and market expertly and was really happy to talk over the differences between a few options. He was very open about the pros and cons of different models and very transparent in his views - no hard sell, far from it, he wanted me to be perfectly comfortable in my choice.

With agreed figures we completed some payment details and arranged collection which was done with his business partner Elliott, who was equally friendly and professional, no rushing.

I should add that another prolific watch dealer in London had also told me how great Peak Watches are to deal with so they have a wonderful reputation with both clients and also industry peers.

I feel confident I could contact them at any time post purchase with thoughts or questions and they’d be there.

All in all it was a superb transaction at my own pace and I really hope to do business with them again some day. (Despite them not paying my petrol costs to collect it… Cheers Adam!)

Purchased a Rolex Submariner via eBay. Good communication beforehand. BUT, the watch failed authentication due to a replica box and was returned. I received a full refund, but have had no communication from Peak Watches, which I think is very poor. Did they knowingly try to sell me a watch with a replica box, did they not recognise it was replica or was the ebay authentication centre incorrect in their assessment?

This was my first experience with Peak Watches, Adam was excellent, the transaction was made easy, from start of the transaction the commuication was excellent with regular updates and quick responses. The prices I recieved for my watches in px was good and I am really pleased with my new watch. I will definitely be dealing with Adam again, and would have no hesitation in recommending Peak Watches to new people.

Found peak watches on Instagram, I contacted Adam via DM. Adam responded quickly and after hours, he proposed a very reasonable price and accepted a deposit while I arranged to move additional funds.
Once payment was made the watch was shipped same day using next day special delivery before 1pm.
I would happily recommend Peak Watches to anyone in the market for a watch.

I was looking for a Cartier watch, Santos dark which Peak Watches happened to have in stock. Initially I was dubious as to how legitimate buying a watch of this value is online and if it would be a fake or stolen etc. I contacted Adam whose details are online and we chatted for a good 15 or so minutes, I could not have been made to feel more at ease during the call and after asking so many questions and receiving great advice from Adam who did not push in anyway to sell me the item we agreed on a price which I was happy with. Making the online payment, again, I felt a little bit nervous in case I would not see the goods, sure enough 2 days after payment a special delivery courier delivered the item exactly as described with original boxes and paperwork. I cannot start to tell you how happy I am with the Watch and how impressed I am with the service I received from Adam and the team there. I promised that I would recommend some of my friends who are very much into their watches to contact him and see if there are any watches they would be interested in. I give this company 10 out of 10 and would recommend their services to anyone both for quality and good pricing.
