I attended the 3-day Multifamily Mindset workshop in Tysons Corner, and it was an amazing experience! The team shared powerful insights and strategies in such an engaging and practical way. I was so inspired that I took action to join their community, and I’m excited to keep learning and working toward closing deals with the help of this amazing team. Highly recommend to anyone serious about multifamily investing!

Eric is by far the best speaker I have seen so far in my experience in the real estate business for me. I've learn alot from him. The way he teach has alotvof energy. With my work load. Where I only have 2 hours of sleep. I'm still up because his voice isn't boring.

Great course. However I would like to there to be less discussion or non-course related material.

The lecturers imparted the right knowledge to students. They exceeded my expectations.

Everything! The valuable information, training excellent coaches, amazing life- hanging opportunity, network, etc. The package is priceless!

All I'm going to say is, all the info necessary to make an informed decision was not provided. Had I known that after I pay $1,500 I would still have to pay another $40,000 in order to get the access to the Network that you need to make your deals. All the money that has to be spent in order to be truly successful needs to be disclosed upfront. I feel like my money and my time was played with by millionaires in what looks very much like a pyramid scam. I certainly feel scammed because I would not have given you my $1,500 if I knew you wanted $40,000 more. So pretty much I paid $1,500 for a bunch of information that without the Network, I can't really do much with. It's all good though, investing is a risk and I know that. This is just an expensive lesson.

This 3 day workshop exceeded my expectations and worth every bit of the financial and time commitment!
The information and "hands on" course material shared was high level, detailed, enlightening and the opportunities offered was invaluable. Jim Anderson, our Faciltator's delivery was excellent; clear, genuine and impactful. The Strategists on hand were generous with their time and their meaningful experiences-a heartfelt thank you to each of you. A special mention to our amazing assigned Strategist DJ McCall, absolutely outstanding on every level!
Multi Family Mindset, you have proven all things are possible and given me and my colleague a fresh new, practical and attainable perspective on multi family-apartment acquisitions. This, together with insight on the possible multiple income streams are truly a set up for success on multiple levels. Kudos to the entire team and the program!

The staff was great. The IT and onboarding were a little spotty at times, and the platform can be a little overwhelming at first. But like anything new, I am sure it will all make sense and fall into place with time.

Review of the Multifamily Mindset 3-Day Seminar
I attended the Multifamily Mindset 3-Day Seminar after being introduced to the program at a 90-minute meeting in Loveland, CO. At that time, I was under the impression that the cost of the seminar was the beginning of an educational journey and part of an ongoing “Mindset” program which was included. Once I attended, I learned (mostly from other students) that there are different levels and costs of participation, something I wish had been made clear from the beginning.
Positives:
Jim, the instructor, is extremely knowledgeable, willing to answer questions, and seems devoted both to his family and to helping students.
The workbook provided is a good resource, and some of the material we covered gave me greater confidence in pursuing multifamily investing.
My follow-up meeting with Mark was helpful, and I walked away with a better understanding of how the program actually works.
Areas for Improvement:
The workbook was not aligned well with the flow of the seminar. During case studies, it would have been far more helpful to have the formulas on the screen and more structured guidance.
Too much time was spent on personal stories, travels, and lengthy testimonials. While motivating, they cut into the limited teaching time.
On the last day, we rushed through an investment project so quickly that it was difficult to absorb. Copies of the project (with sensitive details redacted) would have been invaluable for learning.
Some topics, like pets in housing, were given more time than they required, while crucial investing concepts were sped through.
The seminar ended early on the final day (before 2:30 pm), leaving me feeling that the full three days were not fully utilized.
Suggestions:
Reduce testimonial and story time in favor of structured, detailed instruction.
Align the workbook to follow the actual class sequence.
Provide printed case study/projects materials so participants can follow along and retain more.
Use every bit of the scheduled time for teaching.
Overall Impression:
Jim is clearly passionate and knowledgeable, and I believe he genuinely wants students to succeed. However, the structure of the seminar left me wishing for more focus on hands-on education and less on motivation. With better organization and more initial information about program levels and costs up front, the seminar could be more effective.

I never got the videos of the three-day seminar. We paid $1500 dollars. One day I left early for emergency and the other day I couldn't come due to being sick. This is a scam dont waste your money.

The reality of my experience for this business plan....my, my, my goodness. Genuine, sincere rich people. Offering opportunities 🙌 and making me feel like I could too. Mr Anderson brought THE plan. I only hate that l missed 1 really good session. (Not ,really, my coach Nick ,said he would skill me up)Why did I miss it? Because I was focused on getting my budget together so that I and my generations too could have a significant opportunity to be financially secure!! I KNOW " why "I did it, I love my family enough to sacrifice a little for a large gain for generations to come. Plus I will be able to pay it forward as well? Can you say that God has a plan for our abundance? "You can't beat God's giving ,grace and favor!!!".....I DO NOW understand the assignment! What a phenomenal 3 days! I AM WORTH IT! TRY IT, YOU ARE TOO!

I like that The Multifamily Mindset works with students based on where they are realistically in life. It's not a get rich quick scheme. It's a lifestyle. It's a process.

Venue aside, the information, presenter and strategists were top notch.
I look forward to becoming part of the community.
