The information I learned just from this 3-day workshop was enough to make me feel confident in moving forward. The energy was phenomenal! Eric and his colleagues were so helpful!

Very impressed with how organized and supportive the entire team is! Love that they work on mindset first because if you think you can you can. The problem is most people don’t really think they can achieve anything they want!

The most important factor in my experience is that I am a small investor in three deals with another company, but they never sat down and actually explained to me about my investment compared to the amount that was asked of us to explain to our investors if we ever did do a deal. The honesty and transparency part of this whole business plan is what got to me.

I regret signing up for The Multifamily Mindset’s mentorship program, as it did not deliver what was promised. During the initial seminar, they made it seem like this program would provide a structured, step-by-step guide to acquiring, underwriting, and funding multifamily deals. However, once I enrolled, I quickly realized that the "mentorship" was essentially a glorified networking program rather than hands-on coaching.
The Elite Path educational material was basic and lacked depth, and the underwriting "support" consisted of blurry, pre-recorded videos. The assigned mentor rarely checked in and provided no meaningful guidance—most of my calls with them were about how I was going to pay them more money, after I already invested $40,000. I expected structured coaching, but what I received was vague advice and a push to find partners on my own.
Additionally, success stories presented in the seminar were misleading. We were given examples of people thriving in the program, only to later find out that key details—such as financial backing from family—were left out, making those success stories unattainable for most participants.
The seminar made multifamily investing seem far easier than it is, presenting an unrealistic picture of the process. We were told that sponsors were ready to work with us if we signed up, only to later find out that we had to find them ourselves, often outside the MFM network. The overused example of getting a 4-5% GP (General Partner) Acquisition Fee was later revealed to be more like 1-3% as the industry standard, a major discrepancy that significantly impacted potential earnings.
When I raised my concerns, I was met with generic responses and zero accountability. Despite the contract’s cancellation terms being left blank, they refused to issue a refund, claiming that services had been rendered—despite those services failing to meet their own advertised standards.
They overpromise, underdeliver, and then refuse refunds once you realize you’ve been misled. The FTC warns about these exact types of programs—ones that claim to provide coaching but ultimately leave students with no meaningful guidance or success.
For anyone considering this program: save your money and invest in a mentorship that actually provides value. I strongly advise others to research legitimate alternatives before falling for MFM’s sales tactics.
Overall, this program felt more like a sales pitch than a legitimate mentorship.

My experience has been outstanding. The content is structured, actionable, and immediately applicable. Tyler’s energy is contagious, and the clarity of the framework makes the learning process empowering rather than overwhelming. I’m walking away feeling focused and confident.

Valuable networking opportunities, energetic atmosphere, and foundational knowledge provided!

Other real estate programs I’ve taken taught the fundamentals but fell short when it counted. MFM not only provides great educational content, but also stands by your side during your first real deal—which makes all the difference for a new investor.

Tyler and his team are amazing and they provide you with the right tools to be successful . The only thing that was way underrated is the time you have to spend in order to make this work . It’s beyond a full time job if you’re not part of the industry or have a network of people to help you , which they provide for you at a cost . Regardless until you are set in your first deals , it’s still a full time job, which at that point is not a bad thing at all .

Not worth the initial investment of $997 plus 3 days off your life. I was expecting to receive more learning about multi family investment. I left the second day after hearing about a 40k investment to get into a program with no guarantee. I truly believe what the reviews from past students say that they use new students money to invest in strategist deals which sound like a pyramid scheme to me. There are other programs out there that cost under 6k with way more education and resources.

I paid over $10,000 to Multifamily Mindset for their mentorship programs to be splitted with another person. The other person did not come through then everything changed after that. My coach did not want to support me with the underwriting per MFM. Coaches and sales staff kept pushing for more money instead of helping with key areas like underwriting. Most promised benefits (like community access and mentorship) were restricted or removed unless I paid even more. Later, they downgraded my plan to basic plan which cost $8000.00, so that means mfm still owes me over $2,000 for the difference—and never refunded me back.
The sales team stressed me out the day before the Peak Partnership event. I felt so sick from the pressure, even while trying to attend in Orlando, I ended up having to check into the hospital. Communication was poor, and I felt bullied about payments. No accountability or refunds. I regret signing up and would not recommend this company.

Hi MFM,
Thank you for your response, but my core concerns still haven’t been addressed.
I am formally requesting a full refund of all amounts I have paid, including:
$10,000 for the course
First Event $1497.00
Peak Partnership: $497.00
Additionally, I am seeking reimbursement for my Orlando trip expenses, which I incurred as a direct result of your sales representative's actions:
Fox Rental: $588.12
Spirit Flight: $500.00
LaQuinta Hotel: $275.15
Food Cost: $500.00
Clothes Cost: $147.11
Orlando Health Hospital: $1,750.00
Your sales representative’s conduct caused me significant distress, resulting in hospitalization, and I believe I am fully entitled to a complete refund and compensation for these expenses.
Please confirm when I will receive the full refund and reimbursement. This situation has gone on far too long and needs immediate resolution.
Thank you,
Wan Tsang

I requested a refund back in April 2025. And you guys blatantly ignored it I spoke to 2 representative from your support team and they already said they do not want to refund me.
Also, 1 of your presentative stated they downsize my plan and still did not mentioned any refund whatsoever.
That is why I filed a dispute because you guys ignored my request.

First, I loved how honest and upfront Jim was as well as anyone else who gave their story about their start. I loved that the strategist were open and willing to help and make sure we were able to continue with the education of MFM. Where I felt a little discourage other than the costs of the 3 tiers, is that most people, even some of the strategist have backgrounds in finance or single family homes, or flipping. They were able and are able to dive right in with that experience and background and I came in with no experience of that sort and plenty of debt. However, I am hopeful that I can be successful and accomplish a great many things with this business with support and feedback

The training was pretty informative and extensive. Eric did a great job teaching us multifamily investing while entertaining us with his firsthand personal stories and the ups and downs he'd been through. All in all, a solid 3-day workshop. Thank you and I'll see you guys soon.
