Thoroughly enjoyed Jim, the presenter. The 3-day experience is packed with a wealth of knowledge and delivered with great detail. Did not like finding out 1/2 way through day 2 that we are expected to come up with more money ($40,000) out of pocket, on the spot, for us to be mentored within the program. Very discouraging when we already don't have any money. Basically made my partner and I feel like we shouldn't be there and right back to where we started. Best of luck to all those who are able to pay $40,000.

Asking people for money is not in my nature. If I had known before hand I probably wouldn’t have registered.

Hello Tyler and the Multifamily Mindset Team,
I have enjoyed the workshop very much for many reasons. First of all you are willing to share your knowledge and your experience. Real Estate is the foundation of our society, God first of course but it is a powerful wealth building tool and in order to be successful we need knowledge from all areas involved in buying a multi family property and the period until exit occurs. I am honored and humbled to have met you and the team and to have learned so much over this weekend. I am so ready to be self employed and I have long had an interest in Real Estate since my husband used to be a Realtor. I see the value in it because people always need a place to live. Thanks so much for being willing to help others achieve wealth and leave a lasting legacy.

I really enjoyed the straight forward approach of what you can get out of this. The MFM team was awesome. Learning new skills in an environment where everyone holds everyone accountable and brings each person to where they want to be in their own life’s journey.

Vey helpful learning of this wonderful opportunity. Give such an insight to get started. It just seem costly to come up with the asking amount. for now.

There was so much information given to you during the 3 day event that it was overwhelming at times. You learn more than you think you know. If you want to learn what it takes to be involved with Multi Family Dwellings, then this is the place to be.

I've attended other real estate investment programs that taught the basics but didn't really help when it came to crunch time. Sure, MFM taught some very useful information but, just as important, they're also there by your side when you're making that first investment deal. That's huge for a first-time investor.

For a company that professes "transparency," a 40k investment bomb could have been dropped on the first Saturday, Before Spending 1.5k to listen to a 75% Personal Story (and I mean over and over and over about how much Tyler loves his wife and she loves Maui) and 25% slides. I am disappointed. I wanted MORE RE Investing and less on Quotes, Meditation, and the instructor's personal life. I took a day off work, giving up valuable time that I could have planned for in the future when a 40k investment is possible. I didn't need to spend $1,497 to realize I was NOT going to invest $40k more; that was rude. I already had the answer to that question on the FREE day.
