No happy a…
I know the comp twill provider a generic response. And want me to contact customer service. The delicate address is really China. So it takes over two weeks to get delivery. If I knew this i would have never orders from them. I’ve been in contact with them. I’ve asked for refund several times. O know they can and stop shipment. But won’t. And tell me i can do a return. And the shipping costs is on me. At this point i have no clue if I’ll ever get product. And if i do. I’m definitely not paying to ship them back to china. I think Facebook needs ti start vetting these company’s that advertise. Cause most are shipping from other countrys. So I wait. It’s been two weeks. No refund. No package. Hasn’t even left China yet. And there will be I’m so sorry for your inconvenience message after my review. And telling me to contact customer service. Which I already have. I’d really think before placing an order from this company.

Ordered waterproof boots and they fit…
Ordered waterproof boots and they fit perfectly. However, NOT WATERPROOF! Not even a little bit. Walking through wet grass my feet got saturated and the boots took days to dry out. I wrote to Peak footwear to complain about this and got a standard email response about SIZING and returns, not addressing my complaint at all. Poor form.

I'm 79 years old with multiple feet issues. I've been wearing supportive shoes, heel cushions, arch supports, for years. I decided to try your shoes and I am SO happy with them. No more arch supports, heel cushions or bulky shoes. My circulation is better, less foot pain and swelling. My bunions are even straightening out. It's a miracle! I'm so happy I tried your shoes. Maddie, a member of the customer support staff made the difference in my choice to come back to Peak-footwear when I was able to make my purchase.

Unacceptable
Lengthy delivery time. No way to return unsatisfactory product. Although it was stated they run large, mine are too small. They are flimsy allowing my foot to pronate. Lastly, they are HOT on the feet even wearing only inside an air conditioned home.
I am stuck with a product I cannot return for a refund, and cannot wear comfortably.

Before these shoes
Before these shoes, my feet were literally killing me. I’ve had knee replacement surgery on both knees and foot surgery as well. Once I put these shoes on the first time, I have not worn any other shoes since. I own 4 pairs of the barefoot shoes & 1 pair of winter barefoot boots.

I have very low circulation in my legs to the point they might do bypass surgery. These are by FAR theybest thing I have ever put on my feet. I am going to look for dress and work shoes.
