PeachesRX
The ease of use has been wonderful. The monthly check ins are simple, and I am able to receive my medication on time every month.

The ease of use has been wonderful. The monthly check ins are simple, and I am able to receive my medication on time every month.
I placed an order for their oral glp1 supplements. It was supposed to have been delivered yesterday by FedEx but I got a whole bunch of automated messages from photon pharmacy saying my medication couldn't be sent to a particular pharmacy and I had to choose a different one. I had no idea what was going on since I was under the impression the medication was sent already. I had to message them.over and over again before I got a phone call from sergia and she told me she had no idea what those automated messages from photon were about it had nothing to do with them and my medication was to be delivered later on that night. After I got off the phone I got a notification saying a delivery request was made to change the deliverey date on the package and when I clicked on the link it said it was delivered to the wrong address and FedEx was going to go and pick it up to deliver it to my address. I then sent messages to the company and received no response. I requested my money back because I refuse to do business especially having to do with medication to an unreliable company like this that has different pharmacies reaching out to me about the medication and no one knowing anything about that and having my medication sent somewhere else and receiving no response from the company. I filed a chargeback and right afterwards I got a message from the company saying that since the name and address is right on the package and the medication was due to be delivered today they couldn't refund it. I don't care about that. I'm done with this unreliable company and I want my money back or else I'll file legal action on top of the charge back I filed. They are the most unreliable, incompetent and irresponsible company out there handling patients medications. I highly advise against anybody choosing to trust their health issues with this company. Buyer beware
I wanted to shed stubborn menopausal 15lbs gain, but no other company has approved me because I am not overweight or obese. I was excited when PeachesRX approved me for their oral GLP-1 tablets. I received the first bottle on 5/9/25, and found broken pieces and only 22 intact ones, although the label clearly says "QTY: 30".
I took a picture as proof, and immediately addressed this problem to the customer service via their online platform. They were extremely polite but they kept saying "please be patient, we are investigating what happened at the pharmacy".
They can take as long as they want to investigate internally, but the fact is I ONLY RECEIVED 22 and some broken pieces!! A whole week worth of medication was missing, and I paid $199 for the bottle !! (the first month discounted price).
I had to go back and forth with them 5 times, but only got template responses.
"I sincerely apologize for the continued delay and understand your frustration at this point. I want to reassure you that we are still actively escalating the matter with the pharmacy to resolve the missing tablets issue as quickly as possible...." blah blah.
Same wording, same "polite" tone, by different customer reps. I am convinced that their customer service is either outsourced offshore team, or AI.
After 5 days of back and forth, I got some tracking information from UPS via text, with a totally different vendor name - Epiq Scripts. But the location seems to be the same as PeachesRX, so I'm assuming that's their pharmacy and my missing tablets are on its way.
However, when I asked the customer service for the status again to make sure that UPS delivery is theirs, they again gave me the template answer and said "we are still trying. We escalated this matter. Please be patient".
It's clear that they are not communicating with the pharmacy !!!
As for the medication itself, I started at the lowest dose - 1mg. Today is only day 3 since I started the medication, but so far, I feel absolutely nothing, and my weight is still the same. To their defense, it's the lowest dose and it's been only 3 days. So I'll give it a couple more weeks to see if the medication starts kicking in.
For now, because of these initial interactions, I am doubting PeachesRX. Hopefully I won't encounter any issues going forward and start seeing results...
