Absolutely appalling care! Showed no compassion or acknowledgment of our loss whatsoever.
our dog was left to die!
After an overnight stay I was met with a very young vet who could not give me any other options other than to put her to sleep. I asked what care she had revived and he was very vague.
Our world was crumbling whilst me and my daughter sobbed with heartache holding our dog the paper work and a card machine was placed on the vet table for me to make the heartbreaking decision to put her to sleep.
Once she was gone he walked out no words exchanged. To be greeted 5 minutes later by a vet to say she will be outisde when am ready. I wasn’t ready I have lost apart of my family.
Another lady came in 10 minutes later and asked if am ready. No am never going to be ready

Emma answered my call and made a great first impression of a competent and friendly team. Emma was professional, efficient and well-mannered. She captured the nature of my concerns for Mab (my cat) with precision and a robust communication style... This ensured the safety of Mab with the necessary questions to triage for any emergency... She listened carefully throughout the call, and I was then offered clear and well-considered guidance on what I needed to do next. This led to a phone consultation with the Vet, Catherine, the following week. Catherine's clinical expertise was high-level and very informative. Thank you for that.
I am very grateful for the help from the team at Shamrock Street. Overall, brilliant work for the animals! It's great to see veterinary care that displays both passion for pets and respect for people. The kind of assistance that feels like a 2-1 victory against an old football rival!

The lady has seen us twice. She remembered us and was outstanding both times. She went out of her way to help us on both visits. She's amazing, happy and a beautiful human. Im so glad to have met her not once but twice. Bless her heart. Thank you for everything
