My fur baby had cancer. Found the vets to be honest and compassionate. From Receptionists professional . Romford branch could do with the waiting area chairs to be fixed. Nice touch to tecieve a sympathy card

I have a female young cat who was a stray she had kittens recently. I phoned to rescue the cat and make sure the mum and kittens can get a health check etc… the Pdsa staff are great the gentleman (daniel) was very polite and helpful. The cat & kittens will be safe and looked after now so i’am very happy with service highly recommended.

Pdsa Swansea is a joke they charged me for everything on a free pet when my cat had to wait over a week to be seen and diagnosed with cancer they said he had a couple of months he didn’t last that long in just over a week we had to have him put to sleep not more than two minutes after he passed they said we had an outstanding bill of £25 on a free pet well I had to see my 15 cat be put to sleep they had there hand out for money

Daylight robbery - how PDSA consider an out of hours emergency consultation fee of £302 is acceptable is beyond me. Alternative companies available at £80, we ended up paying £120. Pure greed!

I feel let down by the PDSA. I took my beautiful cat on Wednesday who was clearly unwell. The vet did not know what was wrong. Sent me away and said return if she's the same in a week and I will speak to my senior or ring if she gets worse. I rang Sunday and stressed that she had deteriorated and needed to be seen. I was given an appointment for Monday. She died later on that day. I understand they are a charity with limited resources but if that vet had have been more competent on Wednesday I might still have a cat.

I have always found the Pdsa to be very helpful regarding my friends cat. Good with appointments and follow up medication requests. All very good.
