Second laptop from PCSpecialist — absolutely brilliant!

This is my second custom-built laptop from PCSpecialist, and I’m absolutely delighted with it.

The build quality is fantastic, and the laptop itself is a real piece of art. It’s a great feeling getting a machine built exactly how you want it. Highly recommended, and an easy five stars from me!

Excellent service, especially from the technical support team who rescued me several times.

Pc was delivered a few days earlier than expected, unpacked and was up and running in minutes.

Absolutely amazing, super easy to choose the parts you want as well as other components that are not part of the PC. Everything works perfectly and was protected more than enough in the box. I will definitely continue to use this companies services in the future.

I purchased a PC from these Guys 2 years ago and it has to be said I have had problems with it, however, the fault was with the Intel i9 processor chip. My PC was returned quite some time ago and had a replacement chip fitted as the original one became unusable, I recently had issues again and suspected it was yet another bad processor and returned it. I will admit I became quite upset as I am a pensioner and purchased the machine to use during my retirement but long story short there were no faulty parts this time, the fault was excessive amounts of dust that had become attached to the fan and GPU which was invisible to Me but now I know where to look so lesson learned, they have cleaned it,serviced it and I await its return. They are very professional and have been sympathetic and understanding throughout the issues. My PC did go missing for 6 days but that was due to a mix up at the DPD depot. Goog job Guys, you have restored my faith in Human Nature.

Machine arrived next day as promised. Excellent packaging.

Great looking machine with colourful lights and very quick. Plays all the games we need.

Will tell friends and colleges to use them.

So well handled and executed, an issue arose with my graphics card and it was sorted within hours, and did not affect the building time. Very swift delivery and well communicated when a component was arriving separately. Will 100% be coming back

The website was really easy to use and very informative. I bought a pre built PC, but the parts information was very helpful. Very good price. To top it off, I received the PC the very next day. Easy to set up and get running. Running my games on Ultra settings and PC is very smooth. Thank you PCSPECIALIST

1st Pc came built poorly, cooling was always an issue and wiring was badly done and badly tidied.

2nd PC came with parts not fitted correctly, hardware not working and the case arrived in a filthy state

The laptop arrived quickly and worked straight out of the box

Very simple and intuitive process to build my own custom PC to my desired specifications. All aspects of the process including the building of the PC and its delivery were well communicated throughout. Very happy with my PC

Great range of parts and any mismatch is highlighted as you select them. Finance was quick and easy to arrange and from the time the order was placed there was updates on its build. From then it was only a couple of days to delivery. I've used PC Specialist before and would do so again.

The PC is terrific, it was a pleasure putting the spec together, and the company put it together and delivered very promptly.

I have just taken delivery of the third computer that I have ordered from PC Specialist. My first order from PCS was in May 2013 when I ordered a workstation, type computer with a Xeon CPU which was still working in May 2024, having done about 28,000 hours!
My second order was for a small laptop in June 2024 which continues to work well today.
My third order was on 12/08/26 when I ordered a very high end desktop to be used for trading on the financial & crypto markets. PCS even agreed to order in the the Corsair ICUE LINK case fans which they did not have in stock, but which I asked them to install in the new build. The new desktop was built in 4 working days and I am sure that it will serve my purposes well, based on my previous experiences with PCS.
So PCS is my first choice whenever I want to purchase a new computer, because their website is excellent and clearcut for configuring & selecting the various parts for a new build, far better than the opposition in my humble opinion. In addition, I have found the HelpDesk to be very supportive.

Exceptional experience from initial ordering (through an incredibly intuitive interface), automated tracking and delivery receipt when expected.

Set up was straight forward, and the machine (as expected) is flawless.

One minor point is I was provided with multiple types of power cables for my monitors (EU and non-EU) - a quick check before ordering would prevent these from being wasted (there may have been an option I overlooked in my excitement to finalise the order... not a huge deal).

Overall very happy, and will gladly use PC Specialist again in future.

Really quick from order to receipt, I was kept up to date on progress with pictures, not just generic status changes.

Absolutely Excellent Service

I recently bought a gaming PC from PCSpecialist for my son, spending just over £2,200, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.

The service was excellent from start to finish. The website was easy to use, ordering was straightforward, and the delivery was unbelievably quick. I paid for the PC at around 5pm and it arrived before 10am the following morning! Less than 24 hours from ordering to having it at the door, I genuinely couldn’t believe it.

Most importantly, the PC itself is fantastic. It looks brilliant, was perfectly presented and has run flawlessly from the moment we switched it on. My son is absolutely delighted with it.

When you’re spending this sort of money on a PC, you want to feel confident that you’ve bought from the right company, and PCSpecialist certainly delivered.

Excellent product, excellent communication and exceptional delivery. A genuinely great all-round service and I wouldn’t hesitate to use PCSpecialist again.

This is the third machine I have had PC Specialist build. I guess that alone should attest to my experience and the trust I have placed in them. I am a graphic designer and require a reasonably high-spec machine, not quite 4K gaming standard, but good enough to run photo-editing software, AI apps, and 3D modeling. Every time, I have had a machine that works perfectly and gives years of service. My previous machine was in use for 8 years, and I only had to upgrade due to the memory-hungry nature of recent image rendering and AI apps.
I had a very helpful tech at PCS help me put together the right components for the build, and once the order was placed, I had the new machine delivered within 5 days. Very well-packed and Easy to set up.
I am one very pleased customer and when I need another machine, I will be back.
