It was a little pricy. 8 million pounds... 7 million is reasonable but 8! Unacceptable! Cost of living now a days! I only ordered 900 computers.

The process is always clear, from choosing a starting point for the build, adjusting the various components with real-time feedback on the cost changes makes it easy to stay within budget and find a good balance. The build process after ordering is quick and with nice bits of feedback, such as the 360 image of your PC build before it's shipped. I've ordered several PC's from them over the years and they've all arrived and worked without major issue. Their support staff are quick to respond with any queries and I've always had great service from them.

I have ordered quite expensive laptop for my son's 15th b'day.
Configuration was as easy as possible, I had some questions so I send an email and then called them.
Very helpful, understanding.

Oh, forgot to mention. This order is from 2023 so the laptop is already over 3 years old and still no problems at all.

Good customer contact when one of the parts was not in stock for my PC

It was relatively easy to find and select the components I wanted for my custom build. When I selected something I didn't need, the system told me so and advised me not to spend the money on it, which I thought was a very transparent and trustworthy thing to do. I am very pleased.

Ordered my new PC which was with my around a week later you get kept up to date with progress and a sneak peek along the way! Fantastic service and it runs a dream

I ordered a custom laptop which I received within 2 weeks. However, the first time I launched the laptop after receiving it, it froze with a weird glitch screen effect. Considering how they put a lot of emphasis on their "vigorous testing process" the fact the first thing that happened when I launched it was that it broke makes me doubt how vigorous the testing process actually was. It continued to randomly freeze during use and after talking to customer support I was told to send it in for an RMA. After I had sent it back I received an email after 3 days apologising for the fact my order had been in the warehouse without any progress for 3 days and was assured a technician was about to look at it. It took another week and a half before anyone started looking at it. When someone finally started working on it, it was fixed within a week. But after it was fixed I received an email saying they could not send it back to me due to a technical issue without any information as to what the technical issue actually was. It took 3 weeks for this technical issue to be resolved, during those 3 weeks I sent 3 separate emails asking what the actual problem was and when it was expected to be fixed. I got no explanation and was just told there was a "technical issue preventing it from being shipped". After the third email I was told by the customer support agent he would personally fix it and it was solved within the day, which makes it seem like no one was really working to fix the issue. I sent my laptop in for repair and got it back 1 and a half months later without any compensation and barely an apology, also had to pay for VIP delivery myself to make sure I was actually in when it was being delivered. While I am happy with the actual product now that it works and customer support were nice but all in all not very helpful, this whole experience has been very stressful and not worth the money I paid.

The site was very easy to use, the options avaliable were fair and there was just no stress. It was delivered quickly compared to other sites, packaged and secured well and the price was pretty reasonable. It's a beautiful PC and I'm happy with it. Slightly concerned that it randomly beeps 3 times but I can't seem to find something wrong with it, only time will tell. They kept me updated all the time so no issues there. I would recommend PCSpecialist from what I've had :D

I wanted to thank Matthew S, for assisting me with updating my chipset drivers. I have had this issue for a few months and I have ben banging my head against a wall tryin to figure it out. Got on a call, he asked to remote onto my client, once he was one and when he saw the error, he understood what was causing the issue. Talked me through the steps he took and why he did them, explained how I can do it myself if this happens again. 10/10 service, have a good weekend Matthew, thank you again

Second PC bought from this firm, excellent build, the custom builder online is great to use, and they built to specs, forum available to post your build spec to for other users to comment on and make suggestions, change x to y etc. Highly recommend the firm. Ordered on Saturday, arrived by friday. full details on build, testing, and quality controls, even a video of the machine prior to QA.
