Leider enttäuschend – unfreundlicher Kundenservice und keine klaren Infos zur Lieferzeit

Wir haben beim PCH-Shop bestellt, zu dem Zeitpunkt gab es auf der Website keine Hinweise auf längere Lieferzeiten. Nach einer Woche ohne jegliche Info haben wir telefonisch nachgefragt – Antwort: "Die Ware ist bestellt, im Zulauf." Heute, 14 Tage nach Bestellung, erneut angerufen – nun hieß es: "Die Ware ist da, ich muss sie nur noch freigeben."

Der Ton am Telefon war in beiden Fällen sehr unfreundlich und belehrend. Man unterstellte uns sogar, wir könnten nicht richtig lesen, obwohl der Hinweis zur Lieferzeit bei Bestellung definitiv nicht ersichtlich war.

Bis heute haben wir keine Ware erhalten. Für uns war das der erste und letzte Einkauf dort.

Günstige Warnweste, Shop ist ok

Warnweste bestellt, der Artikel wurde nach ca. 2 Wochen verschickt.
Leider hatte ich nicht auf der Seite gesehen das der Artikel erst beim Anbieter bestellt werden musste, vielleicht hab ich das übersehen, aber normal sehe ich das sofort.

Produkt geliefert, und ware ist ok.
